Hello Asmita,
Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're sorry to hear about the delays you've faced. We understand how frustrating slow load times can be, especially during critical moments. In many cases, performance issues are related to the optimization of WordPress themes or plugins. While we do our best to provide a stable and fast hosting environment, such issues often require optimization at the website level. That said, we’re always here to help—if needed, we can also explore moving your site to a higher-performance server.
Please feel free to reach out directly, and we’ll do everything we can to support you.

Thank you for your review. We understand your concern, and we’d like to clarify that PayPal displays the final amount—including any applicable fees—before you complete the payment. That said, we’ll look into how we can better highlight this during checkout to avoid any surprises. If you have further questions or need help, our support team is here for you anytime.

Worst customer service.
Worst customer service.
i. The payment gateway they provided of Khalti was not working.
ii. When paid through Connect IPS, they are asking me(client) to which account the amount was transferred.
How can someone know to which account no. the the amount is credited.
iii. It took 3 days for verification of Payment.
iv. When requested for refund, they took another 2 days for domain registration.
v. When informed that website was not active, it took another 1 day to make it active.
v. Lastly, Your team can communicate in Nepali language in chat/customer service, if their English is poor. But, despite requested repeatedly, he was using crappy English which doesn't reflect professionalism.
vi. Pathetic Service Delivery.
