Bought some foot locker gift cards on the site. I sent the money via zelle and in 5 minutes I had cards in my email. I was surprised by the level of security which is good. A password is needed to view the cards. The cards are legit they worked in store. Although, one of the cards had only half the balance. I opened the claim and in less than a day they said they would refund me. Which they did. I was surprised by how non stressful everything was. Great service!

My experience with EJ GiftCards was extremely pleasant and satisfying. The delivery was quick. Had a hiccup with one Giftcard but the customer service was prompt to fix the issue.

So paying without use of a credit card can be a little scary as you have no guarantees you will get anything. But they were awesome in getting the gift cards quickly and if I ever had a problem they help right away.

Bought multiple GCs from them and so far every single GC has worked fine (i.e. no fraud detected)!
So as long as I don't face any issues (like receiving an used/emptied out GC) I'll surely keep buying GCs from them, so giving 5 starts !!!

Amazing deals, but you have to use Crypto or Zelle to get them, which is understandable to keep prices low. It does default to Crypto as payment so if you want to use Zelle be sure to select the right tab. Pavan at customer service is always helpful too!

Pavan is great CSR. He has helped me both times I ordered. I made a mistake to select crypto instead of Zelle. He helped me correct the order quickly.

The prices are great. It is frustrating having to use Zelle if that is not something you use a lot but it has forced me to get into it. You have to clear Zelle before they release the card, which makes sense. Not into the bitcoin thing. They should accept Paypal.

I should start by saying that I'm very satisficed with their service. A few times that I have had issues with the giftcards not arriving on time or received giftcards were not valid, they handled it quickly and professionally. Their giftcards are small in amount but that is understandable for security reasons. Though larger amount giftcards would be very useful for stores that have limits on number of giftcards that can be used in a single transaction. I have shared it with them and they are working on it. They had this issue with a few stores in the past and after I shared my feedback they supported providing larger giftcards for some of those stores which is a very positive listening to customer voice. So hopefully they provide larger giftcards for more stores. They don't accept paying with credit card at the moment which is also under consideration to be changed. Overall Im very happy with their service.

So I bought a gift card and it wouldn't work. I contacted support and they figured out what the problem was and sent me a replacement. I don't like using Zelle to pay for the gift cards, and I don't know the first thing about Bitcoin, but so far I've bought a few cards from EJGift Cards and this is the first time I've had a problem and they fixed it. So over all I'm pretty happy.
