Shipping is long/Messed order up & didn't correct it!
I will NEVER order from this company again! I normally have a place online where I order from, but they were sold out of a lot of the things I was looking for, so I figured I'd give this site a chance. I'm pretty skeptical about changing online vape shops because I'm choosy, but I figured I'd give them a chance. First of all, it took them almost three (3) days to process/ship my order out which is a long time especially when the other places I order from ship out the same day as long (as you meet the cut-off time.) I placed a pretty large order as well which put me back almost $250. I usually don't spend that much but their prices are high compared to other online vape shops. I finally received my order and they messed it up and gave me two (2) bottles of the wrong e-juice. They were supposed to send "iced" and they sent "regular flavored." I emailed them and they said they'd replace the items free of charge and not to worry about it, but it's been three (3) days since I had received this email and they NEVER got back to me and they NEVER REPLACED the two (2) bottles of e-liquid that they had promised they'd correct. This company also ships flavored e-liquids to states where they're not supposed to so I'm going to report them!
