Nakon kupnje i potrošenog većeg iznosa, ostala sam neugodno iznenađena činjenicom da na istočnom dijelu Zagreba (od Kvatrića do Dubrave) nije dostupan niti jedan paketomat, dok su pokriveni samo Novi Zagreb i zapadni dio grada.
U današnje vrijeme očekuje se barem osnovna fleksibilnost dostave, pogotovo za kupce koji redovno naručuju i ostavljaju značajan iznos. Nažalost, nisam naišla na razumijevanje niti bilo kakvu susretljivost, pa čak ni opciju besplatne dostave kao znak dobre volje.
Ovakav pristup prema kupcima ostavlja loš dojam i svakako utječe na odluku o budućim kupnjama.
Nažalost, ovo je bila moja prva i ujedno zadnja kupnja.

This is not a serious store, they're essentially dropshipping. I've ordered something that was available "and ready to be delivered" in 4 days, only for all of that to be endlessly delayed by the supplier because the shop never had the item.

On December 30th
On December 30th, I ordered a dishwasher from website e-kupi. The delivery fee was quite high, 49 euros, but the delivery was estimated to happen only one day later, on December 31st, so I thought it's fine and somehow justified. However, now, on January 14th, I still don't have my dishwasher. I've contacted the customer service, multiple times, they told me they are trying to ask the delivery company about whatever is actually happening, but so far, no news, and seems they even don't know where is my dishwasher. I have not been offered a refund or sending another dishwasher which I am absolutely unsatisfied about, the only thing they suggest is waiting. After so many previous purchases from this website, I am sad to say that something changed and I really can't recommend them anymore.

After waiting for the product for 23 days (two delays in delivery) they told me it was no longer available. They offered nothing in return except a generic apology. Avoid if you can.

After a bad experience with another Croatian web-shop, I was pleasantly surprised with service provided by eKupi. Each of my preliminary e-mails was promptly answered with enough detail to make me decide to buy. As I was extra careful this time, I noticed a discrepancy on their web-site - this was addressed in a professional way and a small discount was given in return. As the product (refrigerator) had to be delivered to a place not easily accessible by a truck (the reason we never got the fridge from the first company), I had doubts about how this was going to work this time. Lo and behold, everything worked perfectly, delivery was on the date given at the time of purchase. Hrvatska Posta delivery person made an extra effort to reach our house, using a cart. I can only recommend!
Nikad vise Ekupi!
Kupila sam Ecovacs robotski usisavac preko Ekupi koji je isporucen pokvaren. Bukvalno nakon otvaranja paketa i montaze se ispostavilo da robot ne radi.
Nakon kilometarskih mailova sa sluzbom za korisnike, kontaktiranja ovlastenog MR servisa, koji je toliko los i neprofesionalan da zasluzuje zasebnu recenziju, te mnogobrojnih konzultacija sa sluzbama za zastitu korisnika, Ekupi ipak nije odustao od svog osobnog tumacenja zakona o zastiti potrosaca prema kojem je prema njihovom shvacanju u redu da se taj novi ali pokvareni robot popravi, umjesto da se posalje zamjenski novi ispravni.
Mozete li zamisliti moje veselje kad je nakon popravka robot radio 15ak dana i onda se opet pokvario?

I purchased and paid for the item, and my money sat in their account for days before they finally informed me that the product couldn’t be delivered.
I was left without both the product and my money, unable to order it elsewhere because I couldn’t afford to pay again while waiting for a refund.
I actually needed the item urgently, and this delay completely messed up my plans.
No updates, no proactive communication, just silence until they decided to cancel.
Extremely frustrating and deeply unprofessional. Will never purchase from them again.

Waiting 13+ days for a laptop order..I understand that it was black friday and there is alot of shippings to do but i didnt even get any information why my order is stalled...Sent them a message last night,9:40 am they respond with a empty email with literally no letters...Its funny how packages from China arrive faster and this is literally a Croatian site delivering to Croatia.Typical stuff just avoid it if you arent patient..Oh and anwering a phone line once in a while would be nice but im just asking for too much at this point

Terrible customer service, so bad communication. They sold me broken washing machine, couldn’t return it, had to wait 4months to get refund. Catastrophic experience.

I ordered and paid for an item (gardening tool) on this website on 14.8. and chose a delivery date of 21.8, which is the earliest delivery date offered when placing the order. Two days later, on 23.8. I received a notification on my mobile phone from a delivery company they work with (Croatian Post) that the expected delivery time is within 11-14 hours on that day. The delivery man never showed up at the address or called my phone number, which was noted on the order. After waiting on hold for a long time and trying to reach someone at Croatian Post over the phone, they first told me that the driver had tried to deliver the parcel without success. However, they later admitted that they had not attempted to deliver the item at all. I waited a few more working days and finally received an item on 27.8, after the approximate delivery time given in the message I received that day had expired.
eKupi is a ridiculously bad company with terrible customer support. They offered no compensation for the long wait on item delivery.
Update: Croatian Post has compensated me to for the delay in shipping, but eKupi acts deviously and now claims they were not responsible for the issue at all, although I ordered product from their website!
I recommend everyone to avoid this monkey business company at all costs.

Međutim eKupi ekipa ne vidi problem u tome da zadrži moje ispravne novce u iznosu cijene ispravne perilice a na mene prebaci teret bavljenja s neispravnom perilicom. To su metode trgovine na Hreliču.

I ordered three products on August 29th, estimated time of delivery - 14 days. On September 13th, they emailed me saying that there had been a delay in product delivery towards them, and that they would ship my order on October 3rd. I contacted them yesterday to see when to expect my order, and they simply replied that they were sorry, but the products were not available to be delivered. After more than a month of waiting. And to top it all, they told me to expect money return within two weeks!! Unacceptable and extremely unprofessional, I do not recommend eKupi. To be avoided at all costs!!

Sajt je odlican, brz, uzeo bojler platio 5000 montazu, dosao Dusan iz kimtec servisa da ga ugradi, bahato nestrucno sve vreme psovao i pricao sa sobom kolegu koji nije dosao sa njim , nestrucan, neprofesionalan, bez paznje za bilo sta, menjao urnisao wc ceo od kamenca i poplavio pod , prilikom menjanja bojlera stari ispustio u kadu i napravio ulubljenje u kadi i pored baksisa ostavio je nered za sobom i stari bojler koji sam ja bacio, sve u svemu bahato ponasanje.

EDIT: I improved mark since after 11 days and being persistent in contacting customer support I managed to get "replacement order" with same content, and this was really delivered within 24hrs by eKupi "internal delivery" ♡ service as promised.
Original package is still looking for it's way in Croatian post's Paket24 company :-(

For the package with statement "immediate delivery" I do not have ANY delivery information from eKupi for more than 10 days!
Every question to support team is answered by generic answer - "we forwarded your question to delivery company, and we will inform you about status by mail".
None of return mails was sent, no status of package yet after 10 days (it supposed to be delivered immediately). They simply do not care about customer experience.
