If no star was option, I would. Never received product. The delivery 'proof' doesn't even list my address, and photo is not my house and no package is visible in the photo. Reponse to my email to customer service ignored my question and indicated they would cancel the recurring monthly subscription, which was not even relevant. Beware - fraud!

Company is a total scam! Placed an order and received a bogus tracking number. Contacted the company and it took 3 weeks to hear back just to be told they would send a replacement. I told them I did not want a replacement, i just wanted a refund. Took almost as long to hear back again for the same answer. I have still not received any refund or what I ordered! Poor customer service, poor business management, total scam! Do not buy from this company!

The lashes look ridiculous. I watched the videos many times and tried 15 times, but they are bad quality. I tried to return them and was told:
"We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items".
Horrible return policy. Don't waste your money

Placed an order / didn’t receive any confirmation email but they’ve taken the money out of my account. Sent two emails to customer service with ZERO response! Have to call my credit card company to fix this!

I need to cancel my order I just done because I already paid for an order I need yall to refund this amount for both orders yal took out of my account back in my account. I love the ones I already ordered I thought they were a different kind

Elaracraft - This company is a scam. Terrible customer service and it takes weeks for them to respond. DO NOT PURCHASE from them!!! They say they take back product and they do not. I would NEVER purchase a product that I am unable to return. Steer clear of this brand

Do not buy from this company. I did not subscribe to monthly lashes at $99.00 cdn. I cannot log into site to cancel and no one gets back to you. The lashes are terrible.

Please do not buy from this company for any reason. They offer a 30 day return policy and 24 hour customer support, this is not true. The product is not at all what it states it is. I have contacted their customer support and cannot get a response, this company is a scam. Consumer BEWARE!!!! Don't

Would give 0 they never Will refund you and the Product is bad they Say Everywhere they Will refund you but they Wont. They are thiefs.

Would use zero stars if possible. Bought these and cannot get them to line up, despite numerous attempts! Decided after two days to contact company to return and no response. Will be contacting my credit card company, to get their help. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Would give them zero stars but you only allowed to do a one star I ordered these lashes took forever for me to get a confirmation that they were shipped then I got an email from Uni Uni, who they use to ship saying it was delivered. The email included a picture that was not my house. I sent several emails to Uni Uni and Elaracraft and still have not gotten a refund or replacement. They keep sending me robot replies via email. Beware do not buy from this site.

Asked for a refund the day I received this product. One lash was missing and poor quality. They have yet to refund me or even responded back to my email. BEWARE - DO NOT BUY!! This site is total trash and so is their customer service!!

It's all true it's a scam. Never been able to put them on once. Emailed them asking for a refund after they signed me up for a SUBCRIPTION! They charged me hundreds of dollars instead of thirty five. They just kept charging me for the shittiest eyelashes ever made. They refused to give me a refund and I had to finally get a refund through my bank. Truly the worst company I've ever encountered. I'm scarred from the experience they should be shut down.

BEWARE! This company is running a scam and I’m embarrassed to be one of the victims. Their website indicates they have a money-back guarantee and refund policy, but they don’t. I have contacted my credit card company for help because after 11 days of waiting for a response from Elaracraft, I was told, “we cannot refund simply because you don’t like the product.” Isn’t that the point of a “happiness guarantee?” Ridiculous.

The lashes DO NOT work. They don’t stick together. I tried submitting a review with a video to show people and they denied my review.
Also have. Tried customer service 3 times for a refund since they “say” money back guarantee if not happy… I can’t get anyone to email me back.

ZERO stars would be more appropriate! Total SCAM! You're actually better off if they never arrive and you can dispute with your CC company! I wish I had done my due diligence before ordering based off a video. Lesson learned, research EVERY website that has influencers before ordering.

Total Scam!!! I wish I would have seen all this before. They should be arrested for fraud and all the money they have scammed out of people!! So frustrating and upsetting they just get to keep doing this to people and nothing is done about it

I wish I had thoroughly read the reviews on these lashes. They do not work the way they say- they do not go on with ease as advertised. They do not bend to your eye. They look terrible on and they will not refund your money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
