Shoutout to Rob from EDS
Shoutout to Rob from EDS! Was after a circuit breaker for my fusebox at home, and a quick Google search brought up EDS. I was happy with their selection and found the website easy to navigate. However, I made a mistake on my delivery address and it was close to their 3pm same day dispatch time. I rang and spoke to Rob who updated this for me without issues and I received next day as stated before midday. One happy customer!

Return
Due to festive period I couldnt manage to try products which I purchased from EDS. Part of the products were not being used and I wanted to return just after 3 days of return period. Its not their fault to follow their policies however I couldnt return the products that I cant use in the near future. It could have been much nicer them to understand clients situations and be more flexible.

I found the after sales to be exceptional, on placing my online order I made an error, requesting a "click and collect" instead of a "delivery". I phoned EDS ASAP and was told I would have to re-order. my second order arrived very quickly and I have found my first order payment was repaid to my account within a couple of days.
