Excellent telephone support.
Needed to phone and speak to someone for advice. I found him to be very helpful and I received my requested Microwave sensor lights within 24hrs. I will be saving electricity from now on and reducing the electric bill.

Extremely impressed
I tried to call the Electrical Supermarket on a Monday morning (a busy time for an online supplier, following a weekend) just to get an idea of when my items might arrive. Because it was at a peak time I got the answer machine that invited me to leave a message so that they can deal with my enquiry. I did not bother to leave a message because it was not urgent. However they had noticed that my number had called and not got through so they phoned me back out of curtsy and instantly dealt with my question. I was already impressed with this company but now I am extremely impressed. Thank you.
