The last 2 orders took forever to receive and the price just keeps going up. Used to be very happy but have been disappointed with recent purchases

I wasn't able to get the advertised discount price for the item i purchased, so i sent an email and recieved a reply a lot sooner than expected. Apparently the item in the advertisement wasn't the item that was discounted, and they were sold out of the discounted item. A little faulty. I would've saved a few dollars which actually would've enticed me to spend more money, had i of gotten the discount; but, at the end of the day the prices on this site are still a lot better than anywhere else and, being a repeat customer, I've never had an issue with quality. So, overall, you got my hopes up, ya let me down, but I'm still loyal because you're the best around. I might suggest you be a little more transparent with your marketing.

I have tried to figure out where my order is and no one can tell me where it's at when I ordered over 3 weeks ago and still have not received my products that's why I'm giving you a one-star no one will give me a clear answer.

both puff bars passed as authentic. my peach ice mango puff bar was great, but my banana ice was burnt on its first hit. i had to throw it away.

Service has been very prompt. My complaint is with the product ... on average about 1 in 10 pods is leaking or empty. And the last charger DID NOT work at all. Since it was a bonus with purchase of 5 packages, I did not send it back.

When I ordered cartridges from Vuse, it took weeks to get my order. One time they did not process my order, and when I called, they told me they would send it out that day...I received it like 2-3 weeks later. I'm so impressed with the short amount of time in which I receive my order from y'all. I really appreciate the service Electric Tabacconist provides.

I had a problem with an improper working vape item. Due to the pandemic, I was unable to go to a Post Office to return the item. After several text messages back and forth with their Service Department, we came to a satisfactory solution for both parties, and I now have an excellent working system! Kudos to Customer Service and kudos to a fine company that backs their products and people. I’m a VERY satisfied customer!

After the hassle of returning a defective pod mod I sent a large order of stuff to replace it. Got it in a couple of days, they were trying really hard!
