I had a very quick response. Might not be happy with the delivery time but love the people there with whom I connect. I will be in Estes Park before my order gets to my Houston location. I would always be happy to come to Boulder to buy the product or pick it up but have been informed that is not allowed. Thanks for having such nice people for us to communicate problems. Good evening:
I have always been very happy with your service. I was very unhappy when you could no longer ship to my area, so I was thrilled when I got your email that you could now ship to me. I was so excited I was not careful reviewing my order. When you confirmation came I realized the order was for menthol instead of tobacco flavor. I quickly filled out a help form on your website but it would not allow me to submit. So I sent an email to customer service. It took almost no time for your customer service to get back to me. You can’t imagine how thrilled I was to read that they had corrected the problem and would be shipping my order in the morning so watch for the shipping email.
I have rarely had to contact you, but anytime I had a question or needed help your response was always quick and your solution perfect. Your people are polite, pleasant and professional you can almost feel their smile in the emails. I am over the moon happy and completely satisfied with ET! Thank you for being so dependable and providing great products for us.
