Harmonic Scanner "approved?"
I found this company while looking for Harmonic Scanners. They offer a 7 Day Trial and then you pay a monthly subscription for 17.99 a month.
This price includes trade ideas via their Telegram Group and also one on one. However, during the 7 Days, I never received trade ideas as promised. The website reads; "Our Trading Room is updated daily, with setups being posted during the New York Session. Setups posted are focused mainly on harmonic pattern and supply/demand analysis."
I tried their 7 Day trial and liked the Scanner on the MT4. It was clear and professionally done with no bogging down my system. At the end of the 7 days, I signed up. That was July 1, 2019. They asked that I wait 12 hours to set up. I waited a day and never heard anything.
After Day 2 I contacted the owner and I was told;
"Thank you for reaching out to us. We have received your MT4 ID. Let me check with our developer and see if it has been approved. We will update you as soon as possible!"
What does that mean to "check with the developer? Approved?" I had also asked him if they would pro-rate the subscription and I never heard back about that question. I didn't think it was fair that they were two days in, and I was going to be charged August 1st.
I then contacted PayPal because they were the payment source for me. I asked them to get involved because my answer was open ended with no specific answers. Almost immediately after I posted my complaint with PayPal, I received an email from ElementaryFX which read " "Your transaction on ElementaryFX was refunded" No apology, no "what can we do to fix this?" That was why I went through PayPal. They could have just answered their question about the status, right? Instead, they dismissed PayPal and dumped me. Not cool!
Maybe this was for the best. In my experience, when someone treats you like this, there are other problems possibly lurking. This is NOT customer service!
