I truly appreciate the assistance EH has provided me on several occasions to both receive and renew my Medical Marijuana Card. I would hate to think of the process had I not had that assistance.
The only troubling thing and it was a small one, but when the doctor called to finalize my interview, he asked whether I was still suffering from depression, anxiety, and such. Before I could change the justifications for my card, I did not and was hustled past an opportunity to mention that I am still being treated for cancer, which is in the long term more of a problem than my depression etc.

Fast quick professional service
Fast quick professional service, quick physician approval but at that point, the email I received was confusing. I had paid for full service application assistance yet the email said go download physician approval and go to OMMA and complete process. I was following that process when I started realizing it was confusing. Upon checking in with Elevate support was informed no they would complete the process as I had requested that service. That is what the email should have said.

My experience
My only complaint is that I paid the extra fee to get help filing the state application but I had to figure out the application by myself which as a disabled senior was confusing. I feel I should get a refund for the extra $35 I spent for nothing. But other then that I'm satisfied with the service.
