Do not order from this website!! They are scammers

Do not order from here, totally scam. My dress took 2 months to arrive and the quality was absolutely terrible. Can’t return as I received a £5 discount!!!!! Absolutely shocking would never recommend purchasing from here save your money!

I ordered an item for a Christmas party that stated it would arrive within days, it did not it turned up almost a month later. When I then got in touch with them regarding it's lateness and zero communication Amelia B started offering me discounts to not return the item and threatened me that if I risk the cost of return which would likely be £20-£30 it could also get seized in China! None of this information is on their website. I asked why I needed to return to China when it has came direct from the UK (a label was attached with an address) no response to this. Since then we have been going back and forth regarding discounts with long periods from replies. The last couple of days I have been asked my order number and now Amelia B is stating that as 7 days has passed I do not qualify for a refund or any discount funny that....!!!! What a massive scam, the whole lot of it. I never would have ordered the dress had I have known it would take so long to get to me or that it was apparently coming from China. This dress was not cheap and now all these e-mails Amelia B has been sending me has clearly be to now say I do not qualify for a discount. It seems all the reviews are the same therefore something needs doing about them. I am reporting to Trading Standards as I know my consumer rights. Stay away!

Ordered 4 dresses without realising the scam! Their tracking link doesn’t work and is fake, 2 arrived over 30 days later after the expected delivery date and after emailing them daily.

The 2 dresses that arrived were crammed into a small package bag, threads missing and fraying - awful quality

They refused to issue a refund or a returns label noting I would need to cover £30 returns fee to china and likely would be intercepted by customs! and only 20% discount available (increased to 35% after complaining)

Luckily I know my consumer rights so go a full charge back via my bank and noted to them that as a chargeback was approved it’s the sellers responsibility to issue a free returns label otherwise as a consumer you have no obligation to action!!!

Stay clear from this website - it’s a con!

Ordered a dress two months ago it is yet to arrive, the tracking emails they send are fake. They send updates and I was told a month ago my order would be arriving! The tracking website is “experiencing issues” so they’ve diverted to yet another scam website. Hate to think if my details have been sold after this. Don’t waste your time or lose your money! I’ve sent countless emails to try and resolve, refund, cancel etc. I’ve been ignored! I have disputed the charge with my bank but have not heard back yet. DO NOT BUY FROM ELINA THE LABEL!!!!

It took a month for my order to arrive, is bad quality and you can’t return unless you want to pay for shipping to China. I was told by them that it might not even make it back through customs as well! Terrible service

SCAM - they advertise 'Hassle Free Returns' but then say you have to pay for return shipping to China (£30) and there is a high chance Customs will intercept the return anyway. Quality is poor, not as described.
I have reported to Trading Standards and would encourage others to do the same.

I placed an order at the beginning of November. This was a graduation gift needed for December 10th. After numerous emails to this company the order never arrived. It’s now the 20th of December. They sent so called tracking emails but obviously was all nonsense. This company is a scam and I plead to people do not buy from them. Customer service was a joke. I’ve asked for a refund but I’m sure that’s never happening. Appalling company and if I’d not emailed them there would have been no correspondence at all. Last one was a week ago 13th December telling me my package was through customs and would be with me in a few days as out for delivery. Nothing arrived!!!!

Awful.
Ordered two dresses which took about 3 weeks to come and they only sent one dress. Informed them and then took another 3 weeks to come.. also included a free bracelet which I never got. Dresses are awful and not true sizing.
Website says hassle free returns yet you are expected to return to china which they stated cost around £35 and would have to pay customs 🤣
Then said full refund wouldn’t be possible on sale items but they were happy as a gesture of good will to refund me 20% of my order which is laughable.
Absolute con artists

Don’t purchase from here, their website suggests you’re only allowed a refund on full priced items, yet conveniently have a discount on all items they offer. Requested a refund under UK consumer law for online orders, waiting for a response. Quality is very poor especially for the price, they expect a 30p “complimentary” bracelet to make up for it.

bought a dress for my girl and she absolutely loved it! We soon have a christmas party with her family for the first time and I bought a sequin dress and it fit really well and also got an additional free bracelet with it
