*FIRST TIME CUSTOMER REVIEW*
*FIRST TIME CUSTOMER*
Delivery was around 4 working days from time of order on 3rd January.
When I received my order there were two missing items that I paid for.
I emailed them and got a reply 2 days later apologising and telling me that they will send the missing items.
Overall I am rating 3 out of 5 stars and that is because of being a first-time customer and having missing items and a long wait for a reply regarding the missing items & I still have not received the missing items as yet (8th Jan)
I cannot comment on the vape juice that I bought as I can't currently use it because I was short of 2 nicotine shots that I paid for & never received.
I think it was reasonable to give 3 out of 5 stars for this company on this occasion based on the circumstances noted.

Good Afternoon,
I hope you are well, I am very sorry for the delay in the delivery of your order.
Due to the Royal Mail strikes around this time, we did see delays being caused by our other couriers due to their own backlogs.
I can see this order has now been delivered. As an apology I have refunded the shipping you had paid.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Kind Regards,
Adam
