A first class service
I found the gentleman on the telephone very helpful. He took the flight details and made sure he had got the right time for pick up from home. Subsequent to booking, I had to cancel my flights due to health problems. Cancelling with EAT Ltd was extremely easy, they emailed me a confirmation that the refund had been made very quickly. All telephone calls to the company were handled with kindness and efficiency.

The car was booked for my daughters to return to Heathrow for a flight to Hong Kong. The booking process was simple and easy, the driver arrived on time and was polite and helpful, the car was clean and good quality.
