Both Matt and Dani provide simple advice, great guidance and motivation. The program was very simple to follow for someone whose not been an avid gym goer.

Dani and Matt are the nicest people I have met they have helped me so much in my fitness journey with starting the 6 week shred what I’ve loved and seen some amazing results now I’ve moved on to online coaching with them and I’m so exited to see what this year will bring! This is something I’ve always wanted to do but was always nervous and didn’t have the confidence to message them to start but it’s the best thing I’ve ever done after having my two children I’ve lost myself and they brought confidence back in me I had so many questions at the beginning didn’t know anything about calorie deficit etc they have explained everything to me nothing was to much trouble they were always happy to help and always got back to me when I needed them and the support I really get on so well with them! I would highly recommend Elite Coatching to anyone thank you both so much 😊

I have recently just completed Dani and Matt’s 6 week course. This is something that I needed to do for me.
They have been so helpful and supportive throughout with no judgement, just kindness. My life is pretty chaotic right now and they have tried so hard to adapt workouts to fit into my madness. As parents they can sympathise and empathise with little sleep and the juggle of life.
They have helped me lose not only pounds but inches to. Forever grateful to them. Thanks guys ❤️

I recently started their Online Coaching which I had never heard of and was very dubious at first. 8 Weeks later and 1 stone down, I feel incredible and I cannot believe in such a short space of time I have managed to lose 1 stone!! As a 50yr old woman this was my first experience of using a coaching service,I was also new to calorie counting and hadn’t exercised for a long time, so was obviously nervous and worried I wouldn’t be committed to the Summer Shred Programme. However Matt&Dani from Elite were able to offer me constant reassurance, information and guidance on reaching my goals. Of which I’ve smashed and have been given a new love of fitness & healthy living and have recently signed up to run a 10k as a novice, thanks Guys.

From start to finish elite have been excellent , I had many questions from the start and they were on hand to answer these and offer any support. Throughout the program I have achieved excellent results which for many years I wasn’t able to achieve on my own. I will be using them again for my next phase.

Loved my 6 week summer shred!

I lost a total on 9lbs in 6 weeks and couldn’t believe it! My plan was tailored perfectly to my postpartum recovery and adapted/changed when needed after my physio review, the fact Dani has also done PP weight loss herself also really helps as she understands how hard it can be and to find the balance with young children to also look after! I also love the fact that Matt & Dani are also parents so the plans have been made flexible to allow for treats/family meals etc so you can still enjoy normal/busy family life! Matt and Dani were also prompt to reply and would also check in and make sure I was doing okay regularly too! Highly recommend *****

I have recently completed the 6 week summer shred with Dani & Matt and can’t recommend them enough. They are both SO encouraging and fully adapt the process to suit you with tweaks made if needed. They are also at the end of the phone at any point to answer questions you have. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Matt and Danni were incredible, the 6 week summer shred including all training that I felt comfortable with. They responded quickly to any messages I had which was a blessing when I was in the gym and needed some reassurance. They have given me back the confidence I had lost with loosing weight. I am super pleased that I decided to sign up to the Summer Shred Programme with Elite Coaching. With just 6 weeks to go to my holiday, I was unhappy with my weight and didn’t think that the results that I achieved were possible, however the programme that was put together for me was perfect. They considered my personal circumstances, to ensure training and macros fit with this. I didn’t feel as though I had to sacrifice or make huge changes to my lifestyle which was amazing, with their knowledge and guidance I lost 12lbs!! I’m over the moon which is why I have decided to continue training with them. Thank you both, highly recommend 😊

If you are considering Online Coaching, then you don't need to look at anyone else! Matt and Dani are both incredible. The knowledge and support they provide are second to none. I have so far lost nearly 1 stone in just over 6 weeks, despite trying to lose weight previously with no success. I am thrilled and can't recommend them highly enough!
