I ordered 4 items. None fitted and the quality is very bad, now I am trying to return them. I was first offered to buy the same items again in a larger size, now I am being offered a 20% refund. I keep on asking for their address, so I can check the cost. I was given an approximate address because ‘we are not obliged to give you a return address if you just want to check the cost’

Scam company. They pretend to be based in London but really in Asia. Item arrived after 3 weeks, appallingly made and only vaguely representing the hoodie I thought I was buying which was fur lined but this was some flimsy cheap fabric with the pattern misaligned. They expect me to return it to Asia for £30 postage for a full refund when they charged me £34.99 for the item that I suspect is only worth a couple of pounds. This is fraud.

Scam company? sale items not genuine, just marked up in price, very poor quality goods, takes an age to send items to you, when you receive them, they are not of merchantable quality, poorly sized and poorly made, don't think you can return them for refund, After a series of emails trying to wriggle out of their obligations they finally will provide you with a return address, but they make you return them to Asia at an enormous price, you have wasted your money, please do not take a chance purchasing from them, I am also sceptical of the few "Five star" reviews on Trustpilot, funny how they only have "Five Stars" or only "One Star"

Just an awful experience. Almost three weeks for delivery (everything comes from China) and when it arrived it looked absolutely nothing like the advertised product. To return it you will need to pay the shipping fees back to China so you might as well not bother. Don't believe the other AI-generated reviews that all say how "sceptical" they were, you'll end up wasting £40 too.

Scam company. Goods not as in the picture. Different style , colour not suede. To return I need to send to Asia for the same price they cost. Do not purchase. UK email address but shipping poor quality from Asia. Goods nothing like the picture.
