Lovely cardigan

Ordered from Ellantino for the 1st time, the tracksuit I ordered was fantastic quality but unfortunately didn’t suit me so I requested a refund. Refund was processed really quick. Will be ordering again soon, so many fabulous items of clothing.

Abso love these, prices are great, quality is great and customer service is also great. Been coming and ordering from this boutique for years! Abso excellent 👌

I love ALL my purchase from Ellatino London! I would definitely recommend!

I enjoy my experience shopping with Ellatino. The ladies know how to pick pieces, style and also make their lives fun to be on. They also go the extra mile when they can with restocks, which is often! And helping ladies with outfits for personal touches. Well done!

The quality of the goods are great the price is affordable and the staff are always more than helpful

Prompt delivery and the best quality of clothes at an affordable price point🤍

I ordered an item from Ella London’s TikTok live, only to be told it could only be purchased via their website. The item finally arrived, but it didn’t fit flatting at all . I returned it as instructed, but their website specifically stated it had to be sent by recorded delivery. I ended up paying an extra £10.95 for recorded delivery to send it back.
When I contacted the company asking for a refund on the return postage, they flat-out refused. Even worse, when they processed my refund (which is still pending), they only refunded the cost of the item itself. They didn’t refund the original postage I paid or the £10.95 return postage. So I’m out of pocket for shipping both ways on an item that never should have been sold to me in the first place.
Terrible customer service and completely unfair policy. I would never order from Ella London again. Avoid at all costs. One star.
