My order took nearly a month to arrive and there is no hint of this when you order. I wrote 3 emails asking where it was, what date I should expect it and where they were posting from, that could cause it to take so long. Each time I got back a very gentle, gracious email that told me absolutely nothing.
Parcel eventually arrived and one item was far too big. Initially, they said they don’t do returns, but as a matter of courtesy would offer me 50% discount on ordering another size!!! I refused and as a matter of goodwill they offered me 15% off and I could keep the dress. There have been many emails since and still not resolved.
Do not touch this company.

I ordered two dresses from Ella Wear. The first was the Linen Boho dress. When it arrived, it was certainly NOT linen. It was a cheaply made synthetic material, and the colour wasn't right either. The other dress was cheaply made as well. I contacted them, and they only offered me a 20% refund. Avoid at all costs.

Placed my order in mid December we are now nearly mid February and still no delivery 8 weeks on.
Contacted Ella Wear and received lots of excuses and they refuse to refund me telling me it is on it way.
Does not appear to be Australian Company as it claims, can not locate ABN.
Avoid this company at all costs

Do be careful, after 2 plus more months, I received my order, numerous email to the company, its not an Australian company as the site says its based in China and all returns are to sent to China and you have to pay. I had to take a 40% refund. The items after receiving them are made in China are not bad quality but priced like they come they are made here. My advice is to be very careful.

One star is one too many. This is a sham Chinese company. Clothing is not what is advertised and very poor quality made and shipped from China.

When I requested a refund, I was only offered 15–25% despite the items being unopened. They insisted I pay full international return postage, customs fees, and even communicate with Chinese customs — completely contradictory to their advertised “30-day money-back guarantee” and “AU-based” claims. This is a deceptive website and I certainly won’t be purchasing again. Very poor quality and small sizing.

This dress is not from an Australian supplier and is a complete waste of money. They claim on their advertising that it will arrive within 3-5 working days. Mine took over 2 weeks to get here and was tracked from China. Do not be fooled! The print in the material looks nothing like the dress in the photo. The product I received was $69.95. It was at that price as 50% off for Black Friday sale. It is grossly overpriced for the quality I received. It is made of a cheap t-shirt type of material, there is not label to say what it is made up of and the only tag on it is a small tag showing L size! Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to be ripped off! Given the costs of sending things back to China I assume that returning it will be a waste of time.

A Chinese company, not Australian as advertised. So, returns are difficult and expensive.
Sizing is also poor, as is the quality.
Do not use.
