We chose single-dose ampoules very intentionally because they protect the active ingredients from light and air, ensuring every application is as fresh and potent as possible. This format also helps deliver the correct daily dose without the need for preservatives, which is an important part of the Elle Sera formulation.

Firstly, thank you for trusting us enough to share something so deeply personal. I can only imagine how difficult that time must have been for you navigating life with two young children, broken sleep, your husband working away, and then receiving a PMDD diagnosis. To read that you felt like you were losing yourself absolutely broke my heart.

We would never suggest replacing prescribed treatment, so it's wonderful to hear you've found the two work so well together for you. Everyone's menopause journey is different, and finding what supports you is what really matters.

Well, this might be one of my favourite reviews ever! 😂 We can’t take all the credit when Garrett Graham was clearly doing some of the heavy lifting, but what a partnership!

Joking aside, that feeling of realising you haven’t lost that part of yourself — it’s simply been buried under stress, exhaustion and looking after everybody else will resonate with so many women. More energy, fewer hot flushes, renewed confidence and even voluntarily putting your trainers on for a huge walk… we love to hear it.

It’s also a brilliant reminder that results aren’t always immediate. You stuck with it, reached month three and then really began noticing the difference.

I’ve also searched our system and cannot find an order under your name. I’m therefore concerned that this one-star review may have been left for the wrong company, as we currently have no record of you being an Elle Sera customer.

Firstly, I'm absolutely delighted that The Golden Pill has become such an important part of your routine over the last year. It means the world to hear from women who have been looking for alternatives and feel they've found something that works for them.

And isn't it funny how we can convince ourselves we don't need something anymore, only to realise a few weeks later that perhaps we did! We hear this all the time – people take a little break and suddenly think, "Oh... that's what it was doing!" I had a little chuckle when I read your review because you're certainly not the first and I suspect you won't be the last.

I'm so pleased you've restarted your subscription and I hope your parcel is landing on your doorstep very soon. It's a bit like waiting for an old friend to come back from holiday!

I had a smile when I read that the collagen and magnesium are your particular favourites. I shouldn't have favourites myself, but they are two products that our customers seem to fall head over heels for once they've tried them!
