Hi Liam, as we explained in the email to you, the parcel was damaged during transit and we are waiting on the delivery company to clarify if it can be delivered or not. Unfortunately once we send a parcel out we have no control over the delays caused by the shipping company. The 1 star review is a bit unfair considering we've been in active communication with you regarding the issue and we are doing everything we can to sort the problem.

Awesome one stop vape shop for coils, juice, disposables.. anything vape related. Great selection of juice flavours, free tracked shipping over £30 and best of all you get 2 nic shots free with every shortfill bottle you buy! Have to pay extra for them pretty much everywhere else.
