Absolutely avoid at all costs
Absolutely avoid at all costs. Earrings ordered and not wearable as faulty. Even if they weren’t faulty they are very poor quality. Many many automated emails and 2 months later I am no further forward. Goods have to be returned at your cost to China and only a 10% refund is offered. Appalling.

Ordered a ring from them. Eventually they emailed back to say ring out of stock. They sent a photo of an alternative ring, which looked cheap and shabby. Emailed to say I wanted a refund. Received email back saying that they are sorry I didn’t like the product and can I send in photos. I emailed them to say I have not received my ring and I want a refund. No reply so have emailed them yet again.

Steer clear of this company
I ordered a ring which looked a very poor quality and not like the advert ... despite the 30 day money back guarantee I have had no response to my request for a refund. The item came from China and the cute adverts showing a wholesome family are a ploy to get you to buy. The communication comes from a different company as well ... Omelia & Oliver in Toronto
