We recently purchased a property through Elwood Deere Estate Agents and we experienced several delays with the vendors solicitors.Deere's staff kept chasing them to resolve the delay issues and if it wasnt for the help we received from the staff I'm sure the delay in completing on the property would have continued for a much longer period.
