This review is based on on the order, purchase process as I have not yet received the product. So far excellent!! If the post purchase, delivery, White Glove Delivery, and product performance match the order and pre-order processes, this purchase will be a grand slam. I made several contacts with emmessagechair via the web chat function (in pre-order stage). The Chat CSR was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, fast, and empowered to authorize the my price promise request (via Chat!!). So far, so good! Can't wait to receive and use the Osaki message chair

I researched a new massage chair for over 3 months including visiting brick and mortar stores and endless reading of reviews and web searches for problems. I choose a Fujimedic Kumo massage chair and purchased it from Emassagechair.com due their stellar reviews and the professional and knowledgeable sales team. ( Rhonda was great and very helpful) I was hesitant to buy online due to delivery and set up, but Emassagechair and their delivery partners were spot on with delivery time and the chair arrived in excellent condition. I love the Fujimedic Kumo chairs program customization options and the quality of the massage and hardware. Great buying experience and I would definitely buy from them again.

I misplaced my invoice for warranty reasons. I Emailed the company. Within an hour , Matt replied with the copy of the original invoice that was few years old ,so I can forward to a Panasonic for repair. Great service!

Purchased the Titan XL massage chair. Excellent customer service handled all the white glove shipping issues to my satisfaction. Chair is great, massaging head to toe. I know massage chairs; I used to work at Brookstone for 7 years. I had ordered a chair in October with white glove service for my terminally ill daughter, paid for it, and had to set up delivery 3 times, 3 days of missed work, and still no chair. This company and their contractor were NOT able to deliver and set up their chair. I had to stay at home 3 days for scheduled deliveries and all 3 times the delivery company did not show up and did not cancel. To top it off I was charged $50 for some reason. Trying to sell you a chair their response is real quick but otherwise they don't answer anymore. Terrible company. I wouldn't recommend buying there. After this nightmare they should have sent me a free chair.
