Really wish I could give this zero stars. The fact that their one and only excuse every time is because Covid. Not sure why you would start a company if you can’t keep production going. Took a little over four months for me to get ONE item in my order. Now I’m on week two of waiting on my second half. Will probably take another four months to get that. Will never order from this company again and will not recommend to anyone. They’re just taking money from service members and wasting their time. I want a refund for this ridiculous wait. And I want to cancel the order. If I could send back the product I would.

When I came home from deployment, I became the "art guy" for our unit that was tasked with coming up with a design for our deployment that looked kick-ass and honored our fallen. After some time I finalized the design and started working with a 'mom and pop' shop that required a bulk order for decent pricing, which meant we had to pull the money together and it would be shipped when completed to the unit for us to distribute. Fast-forward a couple of years down the road, the unit wanted to do another run, most had gotten bigger or skinnier, ruined their apparel or it just became worn out. So I worked with some online retailers that were able to get us squared away, however after only a few weeks, their apparel started to fade and crack only after a few washes. The unit was pretty upset with the product given the price and so while looking for a new solution, I ran across an ad for emblem athletic on Instagram where it showed them blasting it with a pressure washer and weed eater and I was interested, to say the least. So I started with an email and their team got back to me promptly, answering all my questions and helping revise my design into a new format that ultimately resulted in a very nice-looking logo. So after ordering some samples and seeing the difference in how their logos are sublimated vs the typical heat pressed in logos, I was in disbelief. Not only do they look better, but they also don't stick to you in the heat, they breathe extremely well, the quality/feel of the apparel is top-notch, and so far they haven't faded, nor will they peel. The best part is the pricing is the same and in some cases lower than what we were paying for the inferior big-name stuff. Also, I can't forget to mention their staff, which were all former military that I dealt with. It was refreshing to work with people that talk the talk, with no military language barrier. That being said, they were all polite, professional, and no ask was too much. They made absolutely sure that I was happy and just ensured the overall experience was seamless from start to finish! I've worked with a lot of companies you may be considering over theirs to work with and I can assure you that their product and team outperforms them all.

So, I ordered two t-shirts at the beginning of February and it is now May and there is still no indication that they’ve even been shipped.
I emailed the company about mid-April to be told that they would be shipping at the end of April. Now it is May 6th and I just reached out to the company yet again, but from what it looks like from other people on here that have ordered around the same time as me, it’s not looking like my order will ship anytime soon and I’m about to just ask for a refund. I would’ve never ordered from this company if I knew it would be like this. Waiting this long and even long er than this....just for a couple t-shirts. No.

I hate to leave negative reviews. But I ordered a Tshirt long sleeve and a hoody from this company for my military unit. I keep getting different estimated shipping dates. It’s now been over 5 months and I’ve yet to receive my order. Everytime I message them they are very responsive. But 5 months for screenprinted Tshirts is insane. Will not be ordering from this company again.

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR UNITS GEAR FROM THEM. I ordered gear the first week/second week of January & it’s now May 4th & I STILL have yet to even know when my gear will be arriving. Totally ridiculous & keep getting fed the same BS email garbage over & over again every time I reach out. The customer service is absolute trash to say the least & all they care about is the money you pay up front when it takes damn near 6 months to get 2 articles of clothing??? You are better off going with a local company who cares about their customers & what they are paying their money for. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM.

Horrible experience and extremely upset. I waited over 12 weeks and finally emailed the customer service. The emails were so unprofessional I couldn’t believe it. In the end a promise was made to refund my money and still send my merchandise. Well they refunded my money, however never yet received any merchandise. The shirts were of my sons unit who is now deployed. Very, very disappointed that they boost being veteran owed but run their business so poorly.

While yes, It took a little longer than we would have liked, the shirts look absolutely amazing! Coming from screen printing on cotton, this is a night and day difference and we feel people and staff will be proud to wear these much longer than a standard screen printed shirt. Thank you!

I’ve emailed every couple months after the 6-8 week mark. Last month the said they’re finally shipping out. I emailed today over a month later, and they said oh there finally going out and should be out next week. It’s been 16 1/2 weeks and by the time it actually gets shipped it’ll be 17 weeks.

Same as all the other reviews. Used this company for a unit shirt. Ordered in January and still haven’t received a shipping confirmation. The first batch took about 10 weeks to receive. The second is ongoing 13 weeks now. The quality of the shirts and sweatshirts aren’t worth the wait. They are oddly shiny and the long sleeves shirts have weird cuffs like a sweatshirt and doesn’t have a great fit.

You literally just have to read the other reviews to see why I’m giving one star. Same crap from them just a different person. This company needs to stop putting money into adds and redirect them to a bigger shop that can keep up with the amount of orders. Should never have to wait 4-5 months for a order that still is yet to come. I’m hoping I get my order one day along with the rest of my military squad that ordered from them.

Unfortunately the website nor the customer service reps are honest. Reading these reviews, I realize I have been strung along just like everyone else.
Secondly, I can not stand companies that respond with "oh wow that review really hurts our feelings" It's not based on how you guys feel. Its based on the promise you give to the consumer and it is being broken, and not just in the organic sense- Add another layer of dishonesty and patronization on top and you have emblem athletic.
Feeding your customers BS is a one time gamble, and you didn't follow through post BS sending so now it's on you guys.
Second update! All you have to do is scroll down through the review responses to see what is going on. Even their "going out soon" responses are aging and as they age they become undeniable proof of this company stringing people along.

Second time writing a review because my items are still not here nor is there a shipping email and I’ve had no response from emailing the company. My items are “supposed to be here” by 11March because that’s the 8 week mark. A week away from when it should be delivered, you’d think that there would be some kind of tracking info by now. I know “small company”, “we are working very hard”, great but how about keep customers informed. I’m starting to believe this is a scam company due to the fact that I have yet to see a comment that someone received their order.

Our group placed an order at the end of November and early December. It is now 2/11/21. At order we were informed it would take 6-8 weeks. We're on between 10-12 weeks. There has been no communication or update on our order, which has not yet been shipped; we were given no reasonable update for delivery or reimbursement. Meanwhile our organization has worked with other vendors which have been able to meet their deadlines. If you want a company to blame covid for a disruption, then not communicate an update, hold onto your money, and not provide a return for a service NOT rendered, then this is the company for you.

Order shirts 9 weeks ago for the Squad shirts. Asked for tracking number, or any information about the shipping process. Respond with another additional weeks. Teammates are waiting constantly about the shirts and kept asking about it. Never gave them a satisfying answers.

WORST PLACE EVER!! BUYERS BEWARE. SAME LIE OVER AND OVER. I ordered a hoodie on November 3rd and three weeks ago they said it was supposed to ship out in one to two weeks then today that’s the same excuse. It still hasn’t shipped and at this point this is ridiculous. I want my money back ASAP. I wasted my time trying to support this company. Never again

Ordering off the website was quick & easy.
But actually obtaining the items you purchased unfortunately won’t ever happen. Placed an order for a winter jacket back in October and have yet to receive it as of February 2nd. Customer service is awful. You cannot speak to a person via phone, everything is done by email. Emails seem generated, not as if someone is actually caring enough to respond. Have asked MANY Times for an update & get told the exact same thing every time, COVID happened causing delays - it will ship out in 1-2 weeks. 3 weeks later, reach out & get told the same story. I realize and sympathize that COVID is a real thing that caused problems all over, but companies who cannot fulfill orders within a semi timely manner should not accept them. “Your item will be worth the wait”, Unfortunately by the time we get the gear, if we ever do, it will be spring/summer and I will have no need for the jacket. I respect hand made, I respect the process items can take. But waiting over 14 weeks for an item with still no light at the end of the tunnel is extremely unprofessional. Would NOT EVER recommend. Take your money to a company that puts customers first.

It took 3 months to receive my t-shirt as well as the rest of the people in my organization. I do like the quality of the shirt and so far it has not faded nor cracked with several washes and use at the gym-as the company promises. It did take quite a long time to receive it, I anticipated several weeks but reading other reviews-my experience was not unusual in that it took a rather long time to receive our order. I like supporting small businesses, veteran friendly, quality products-and the fact that we were able to have our own design was great. The cost was quite a bit less than any other custom option that we explored online. I hope they remedy the shipping/processing times because I do enjoy the quality and look of my shirt.
