Turn around was better than most apparel places I’ve dealt with. The quality and detail of stitched logo was pretty impressive considering the finer details in my logo. Will purchase from again!
Quality of work was excellent, I was a little concerned about the quality ordering online, but I was really pleased. I will definitely order agian.

I had a great experience from start to…
I had a great experience from start to finish. The quality of the product exceeded my expectations—the materials feel premium and the print/embroidery came out sharp and durable. Ordering was simple, communication was clear, and everything arrived on time.

The logo position on a hat was too low
The logo position on a hat was too low. A kindergartner could have seen that. it certainly didn't look that way in the proof. I'm glad I see this now because I was getting ready to put in another order. I have sweatshirts in my cart. Very disappointed.
If this is the best you can do, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Maybe more guidance
Perhaps some guidance on dark colored borders on dark apparel. White would have been a better choice for the border. Also, noticing on some of the sweatshirts that the logo could be further to the right side. Seems like they are fairly close to the left arm.

Awesome ability to turn a pic into a logo
They took the image I wanted embroidered on a hat and matched it perfectly. You can basically send them any non-copyrighted image and they can put it on a hat. It's awesome!
My only hope is they get a larger variety of hats. There are some new Richardson's that are not available

I ordered 2 hats 112s Heather Grey…
I ordered 2 hats 112s Heather Grey front black back and 2 hats 112s black front grey back. The black front hats was xl size that's not what I ordered. Im starting a business and doing test runs to see what hat I like the most. I think im going to try branded bills. Honestly just not very happy with this whole experience.

We have a lot of shading in our logo
We have a lot of shading in our logo. I wasn't sure they could do it, or how it might turn out. They sent the proof within 48 hours and I was impressed. On time and it looked really good. Fast turn around time and decent pricing. I hope to do more business in the future
