I can’t thank Julie and Beth enough for all their support throughout my house purchase.

They were always extremely responsive whenever I needed help. I found email was the quickest way to get a response, and every time I reached out, they replied within minutes with clear and thorough information. Even if calls weren’t always answered straight away, they always came back promptly and never left anything unanswered.

Both Julie and Beth were highly professional, very caring, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They made what is usually a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward from start to finish.

I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough and will definitely be telling all my friends and family to use them!

Shockingly poor service. They often fail to respond at all to enquiries from estate agents and the buyer. My purchased, a simple no- chain purchase for cash, is still not completed after 8 months
