We bought a brand new motorhome from emm-bee in March of 2025. They wasn't actually the cheapest but assured me the afterservice was second to none. ( thats a joke ) they are very professional when taking your money. Firstly they let the van go out with multiple faults, one quite serious yet very noticeable ( obviously just wanted it handed over and out regardless of faults) sometimes you only find out how good a retailer is when you need them in the event of problems, emm-bees aftercare is zero. Brittany is definitely in the wrong job unless she is following orders to behave this way. Never returns phone calls, does not answer emails , we are always fobbed off for one reason or another .... its now the end of October. The van still has several faults that we have been waiting to be fixed since March, we are told "oh the parts are on order, 2 months Later she has not chased it up or given us updates. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO BUY ELSEWHERE. what should of been a happy time spending near 80k has been a nightmare. We have now sold the van and bought something else from a dealer at the other end of the country, I would never buy from emm-bee again

After purchasing our motorhome in March and discovering multiple things wrong with it, we have been trying to get matters resolved, I can honestly say the after sales care is virtually non existent, you email no reply, you email again no reply, you ring up.. it's aftercares annual holiday. You ring back.. she's in a meeting! You ring again and leave her a message... she didn't get it, when you finally manage to speak to Brittany (after sales care) she says she will chase it up. Thats the answer ever time.Very frustrating and very off putting, we were persuaded to buy from here as it's on our doorstep and the after sales are second to none! No sorry I wouldn't recommend and certainly wouldn't buy from them again, writing this out of shear frustration after 7 months of getting nowhere.

What fabulous guys here. Jamie and sorry cant remember the other guy think it was craig. We are first time purchasers and have done extensive research over the last few months. Armed with my trusted spreadsheet I went to Emm Bee. Both lads were absolutely brilliant - so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We were upfront with them and said we are going to the NEC in Oct so were not ready to purchase just yet but that didnt stop them spending a couple of hours with us and helping “remove” some more models from my spreadsheet that were unsuitable after looking in depth at them. These guys are so good that they have actually made us consider purchasing a different model to our original first choice just because they dont stock it. I feel that moving forward we would be in good hands here and would prefer to purchase one of their stock rather than be forced to go elsewhere to a dealer such as Tottingham round the corner where our experience was extremely negative - feel free to read my review of them.

we went to the NEC show in Oct 2024 and while looking at the burstner stand were approached by a chap alled Phil, the owner of emm-bee motorhomes. He gave us loads of info and was not your typical pushy salesman . Very informative and answered all our questions about model we were looking at . We placed an order for a new motorhome with Phil. While awaiting delivery we were dealt with by Craig at Emmbee who was very patient and undertstanding of us first time buyers. if we had any questions Criag advised us to email which he dealt with straight away..Handover day arrived on the 18th of June. 2025..Craig gave us loads of time to go through the new motorhome and made sure we were happy with our new purchase. I have nothing but positives to say about Phil,Craig and the guys at EMM BEE....Thankyou to all and apologies for all the emails and daft questions we have asked over the last 7 months ...Would recommend to anyone looking for a motorhome.
