Worst aftersales I have ever experienced
We bought a brand new motorhome from emm-bee in March of 2025. They wasn't actually the cheapest but assured me the afterservice was second to none. ( thats a joke ) they are very professional when taking your money. Firstly they let the van go out with multiple faults, one quite serious yet very noticeable ( obviously just wanted it handed over and out regardless of faults) sometimes you only find out how good a retailer is when you need them in the event of problems, emm-bees aftercare is zero. Brittany is definitely in the wrong job unless she is following orders to behave this way. Never returns phone calls, does not answer emails , we are always fobbed off for one reason or another .... its now the end of October. The van still has several faults that we have been waiting to be fixed since March, we are told "oh the parts are on order, 2 months Later she has not chased it up or given us updates. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO BUY ELSEWHERE. what should of been a happy time spending near 80k has been a nightmare. We have now sold the van and bought something else from a dealer at the other end of the country, I would never buy from emm-bee again
