Different but good.
Day one it was very different, I couldn't sleep but then gave it a chance for a week and now I am having a good sleep. My back and posture is better. Best of all there's no sink pits created by my partner. Medium firm is still firm.

Great topper for the price point
The mattress arrived quickly.
Packaging was great, no damage, compact, easy to open.
Lightweight and easy to move.
It does seem to fall off my bed every night though, with the extra topper on the mattress my sheets don't hold it in place so I have to get larger ones or use flat sheets.
The black Friday sale price was great for the product received.

Heaven on earth
I have a brain disease and have been thinking about buying a new mattress for a couple of years. I have had trouble getting comfortable enough to sleep. Now I have my Emma I am so much more relaxed and sleep is a pleasure. Thank you.

Chronic Back pain gone
I don't typically write reviews, but in this case, I felt I had to.
I've had chronic back pain from a new mattress from a big supplier for the past few weeks, so I decided to give the Emma Mattress a try, my back pain is gone and I am waking up at 6am ish each day without my alarm feeling super refreshed and well rested.
A great feeling, 10/10

Not pleased.
We did not find the topper soft and comfortable compared to the bamboo topper we already had. We also wrote to ask about a return and received no reply.

How to have a much better sleep
Because I have Polymyalgia Rheumatica I was waking up very sore in the morning, so decided to try the Emma Topper. It has certainly helped. Just love it
Plus the topper has also helped me have a much better sleep and it keeps you warm as well

Sleeping the dream
I am sleeping much better. Emma has made a comfortable topper pad without it being really hot. A nice balance.

I don’t wake up with a sore back
I don’t wake up with a sore back, neither do I wake up in the middle of the night. It was a little firmer than mattress I have slept on before but the benefits have been great so far and I have got used to it now anyway.

Buyer Beware
I ordered a mattress protector to go with my mattress. Upon opening the box and touching the product, I discovered the protector felt like a camping tarp and would be terribly loud and uncomfortable to sleep on. I inquired about returning the product and was told (through a process of 17 emails) that any item taken out of the box is not returnable. How a company can sell you something online-only that is impossible to inspect without removing from the packaging, and then refuse to let a customer return that product is absolutely ridiculous. It is now my mission to educate all consumers about this policy that is completely anti-customer.
Update: I received a reply from the company below. When ordering a mattress cover, there is absolutely no reference to being unable to return the product during the shopping process. They have now sent me a screenshot of somewhere it is hidden on their website. Selling a $143 mattress cover (after discount) and then telling a customer after she has received it that it cannot be returned is an apprehensible business practice and this retailer should be put out of business.

Unbelievable comfy - but believe it cos its true!
I actually purchased this as an early Christmas present for ourselves/hubby whos been complaining of a sore back. Arrived extraordinarily quickly in a compact box which wasnt immediately clear what was in the box which I liked while it waited on the porch. Easy to lug up the stairs to the bedroom with help from an 11yr old.
This is unbelievably comfortable. I prefer a soft bed which suprised me at how comfy i found this. We feel warmer at night, but not too warm.
