This company is a scam I ordered a car cover - never received don’t answer emails ! This was advertised on Facebook

Don’t buy anything! It’s a scam! Not only they are a fake company that doesn’t exist on the Companies House but they use credentials of a legitimate German website. If you check the reviews on their fake site, all the items are £69 and bought and reviewed by the same thee people. I reported the site to Instagram but it’s still running conning elderly people. Shocking!

1 star is still to many , these thieves are not only scammers , they are liars , conning gits and down right disgusting . After 3/4 attempts by email to find out where my paid for order is , absolutely nothing , no reply , and still no order after 2 weeks steer clear of these thieving , conning lying animals . I hope karma catching up with you in a very , very painful way .

This business is a scam. Companies house has no record of the name and the quoted company number is of a company dissolved in 2017 and the address is false.

Furthermore, there are a number of sites selling the same item for £69.00 , some of which include names like Tesco and Asda in their advertising.
The trike concerned does exist built in China and marketed by a company in California for over £1000.
My bank is acting to recover my credit card payment of £69.00 and suggest you do the same.

It's a scam!!!

My wife is disabled and requires a electric wheelchair. This company advertised what could be an excellent choice, but I require further information. Every contact detail for Emorystore is either wrong or they refuse to get back in touch.
It would appear false advertising as some of them are indicating that they are aligned with TESCO and ASDA, but both supermarkets say they are not affiliated with any disability aids such as the wheelchair advertised.
Facebook etc should be vigilant and ban companies like this placing adverts that are playing on people with disabilities and low income.

I work for a High Street bank customer service department, so I'm well clued up on scams. Also my wife uses mobility scooters, so I know how much these cost, and let's say a loose estimate is £8-1200.00 and higher, so when I saw the price I chuckled knowing it had to be a con. So when I say they probably copied the video from a genuine website, I don't think I'd be too far off the mark, but it's just my opinion. If, as one reviewer said, it was only set up in January, you are in plenty of time to ring your bank and ask for a chargeback (also called a technical dispute), or, if you used a Credit Card, you can do a section 75 claim. Should be straightforward, though some banks might say you willingly clicked on the link, knowing that the price was too good to be true. Who knows where the funds are going to be, or what they will be used for. These must be the lightest mobility scooters ever made, as judging by the trust pilot reviews, they appear to be made out of thin air. Don't be fooled by any advert where the price seems to good to be true. And, no, I didn't buy it buy one, as it was obviously a scam. My biggest worry is that many elderly and vulnerable people will find this and, and click on it. DON'T FALL FOR THIS OBVIOUS SCAM. If in doubt ring your bank for advice before you buy. The GENUINE number to ring will be on the back of your bank Card, or you can ring 159 from any phone, to be put through to your bank's Fraud team. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. Stay Cam Safe!

Ordered a scooter for my disabled mum on 3rd February same old story promised next day delivery took my money still no scooter.

I have reported this to my bank to see if there's anything that can be done with these evil people stealing from elderly disabled people

After ordering mobility scooter for £69 thought I do further checks, they emorysstore do not exist at Odhams Trading Estate, Watford.Cannot contact them.
