Returned tag.
Still no refund.
Waited over a month.

This is a brilliant company!
Fantastic customer service and you can actually talk to a real person without going through lots of options.
The products work really well as you just drive up to the toll booth and within seconds you are on your way again.
I will definitely use this company again for any European road trips.
I highly recommend EMOVIS !!!

They disconnected their customer service number that was provided in the email they sent me and the customer service email link they provided was no longer valid. This is the worst customer services I've seen yet.

I held on to my tag over the pandemic rather than return it as the fees were relatively low. However I received an email saying I would be debited at the end of July so at the beginning of the month I returned it and cancelled my direct debit. I was then told the billing was issued in June and still would be charged, when I challenged this I was told I was risking my credit rating!! I’ve paid up but very poor service. I’ve been with them for 8-9 years without needing help but when required I feel badly let down. I’ll go elsewhere when I need another tag.

If emovis is contracted by your local agency, do not participate in their program. They will charge you fees for no reason, and their devices are faulty. Contact your local agency and tell them you won't participate if they outsource to a money-hungry middleman like emovis.

Emovis in UK have disconnected permanently my tag while I was changing bank and the direct debit was suspended.
They also charging me some fee for the year where the tag has been disconnected!!!
No apologies and Terrible customer service!
Never use there anymore

I had an electric car in Oregon. I opted to pay DMV fees by the mile because I rarely drove it. The service I chose was Emovis.us. I don't think they are dishonest. I do think they are incredibly incompetent. I sold the car and sent the device back. The continue to invoice me 18 months after selling the car, even though I email them to tell them my story, and they agree to stop emailing me. Their business model must be based on a flat fee from the state--I can't come up with another reason they are in business.

Stay away!!
