Emperor were recommended to us by our painter and decorator and the paint went on really well with such good coverage that we ended up not using all of the paint we had bought. Happily, Emperor have a great returns policy that enables unused and unopened containers to be returned and refunded (minus a modest postage charge). NOTE: You do need to return any paint in the original boxes and packaging, so make sure to keep them when you buy the paint. Would definitely buy again from this company.

Thank you. Paint arrived and it meets our needs. We have since ordered more.
If we have one criticism is that you have suspended the paint matching service which is very unfortunate, so we will have to have some of our requirement from Dulux Trade.

Absolute garbage..
Absolute garbage... The colour chart does not represent the actual paint colour. Coverage is nowhere near what they advertise and after few months it's already pealing off even though I did everything as per instructions.
Customer service is probably one of the worst and take no responsibility for anything.
Avoid it at all costs as there are much cheaper options out there and probably better too.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve been disappointed with your experience, and we’d really appreciate the opportunity to look into this further for you.
We haven’t been able to locate a previous complaint, but we’re concerned to hear that you’ve experienced peeling after just a few months. We’d like to understand more about what’s happened, as this may indicate an underlying issue that we’d be keen to investigate.
Please get in touch with our team at info@emperorpaint.co.uk so we can discuss this with you and see how best we can help.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We look forward to hearing from you and hopefully putting things right.

Fragile summer application
Delivery fine, 5 litre tub is awkward to pour from due to un-necessary oval shape. Product is a summer product only as it relies on adequate temperature to start to dry. Not great for conract work due fragility of product until totally dry. Colours are a lot lighter than examples on website, sample pots recommended, I would suggest better photos demonstrating colours as well.

Hello Robert,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We’re pleased to hear your delivery arrived as expected, but we’re sorry to hear that some aspects of the product and packaging didn’t meet your expectations.
We appreciate your comments regarding the tub design, drying conditions and the care needed while the product is drying. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we’ll make sure it is passed on to the relevant team. Colours can also appear different depending on lighting, screen settings and the surface they’re applied to, so we do recommend ordering a sample pot before committing to a full purchase.
Thank you again for your honest review and suggestions. We’re always looking for ways to improve both our products and our customers’ experience.
Best wishes

The delivery was on time, just as promised. The product is superb. We started the project years ago and there is no appreciable difference between the first painted area and the new area. Very impressed with coverage and finish, overall excellent.

I’ve now bought the entire system from Masonry Cleaner, Primer, Textured Basecoat and paint.
The cleaner works well with good coverage, the primer, this works a dream when using an airless sprayer. quick and gets into all the nooks and crannies of rough cast render.
The Textured Basecoat is another excellent product, applies well and leaves a desired finish. It sets hard and gives a uniform look. One word of warning though, this stuff flicks off a roller and you’ll get covered in it.
I was short of a 16 kg tub and Emperor excel at their delivery service with a same day shipping.
I’m yet to use the paint, but i’m sure it will be as good as their other products.

We hope you’re just as impressed with the paint once you’ve had a chance to use it. Thanks again for choosing Emperor Paint!
