bad shipping and customer service experience
I had a very bad experience shipping wine bottles from Empire Wine to California.
3/4 of the ordered bottles had damaged labels and as a wine collector, damaged labels are not appreciated.
I informed Empire Wine and I got the following Feedback:

We have reviewed this order and have come tot he conclusion that kind of damage you sent could not have come from us. Our bottles are verified prior to shipment. No order would ever be sent out with flawed labels without first contacting the customer. Unfortunately we are unable to do anything in regards to this.

I tried to reconnect to the customer service team by phone to explain the problem. They packed the bottles upside down ans a flap normally holding the bottle neck scratched against the label - I have in my 15 years receiving wine never experienced something similar. Mistakes can happen, but the teams reaction is quite unexpected. They didn't listen, hung up the phone and left me with these bottles.
Not the customer experience I'm used to. Looks like Empire Wine is not willing to learn and improve their service, wine collectors be aware!
