I have had a few issues with my windows. EMPLAS aftercare has been amazing. Glen came to my property and was so professional and completed the works. A fantastic job.

New windows/ doors
Out of the 14 new windows we had from emplas only 2 of them didn't have defects. The replacements even came with more defects, the replacement of the replacements came with defects. Doors won't shut properly due to a manufacturing issue with the seals. We had a rep out to look at the defects 'its all within tolerance' was all he said but he did agree to replace a window which was bowed by more than 6mm. The replacement came with a big chip out of it! Absolutely useless. Cheaply manufactured rubbish.

The most unprofessional and dysfunctional company I had to deal with. can purchase the right part and asked me to wait all day long for the engineer who then came to my house and just sat there telling me he has not got the right part in hand ...
Their windows are awful and so is their After Care team.

Having read the negative reviews about Emplas…
Having read the negative reviews about Emplas, I thought it only fair to set the record straight.
Emplas are a manufacture and supply company and do not carry out installations which is where most of the negative comments seem to be based.
We have been using Emplas as our main supplier since 2008 and must say they are the most professional outfit we have ever dealt with.

Avoid if you can
I have a new build from TW which Emplas is responsible for all Windows, including the bi-fold doors.
The bi-fold doors are poorly installed. Have asked Emplas to visit couple times but never get fixed.
The bi-fold doors are unable to lock recently, have submitted tickets through TW. The Emplas contact is not responding at all for weeks.
Really not recommended if you have a choice

What a joke
What a joke. Bi folding doors measured up short, and other manufacturer faults.
Trading standards is now getting involved. Please avoid the stress and stay away from this uneducated company that has no quality assurance nor customer service.

Front door shopping with Mike
I wanted to thank Mike for his tremendous knowledge and experience today as he helped us choose our new front door. He was patient and couldn’t do enough, really explaining everything so well. Also, the showrooms were very spacious and full of amazing products. Prices were great to. Well done Emplas, looking forward to having our new front door fitted in future weeks.
