Great teachers, great environment and great people 🙂

I’ve absolutely loved my classes with Empowr- so much so that I repeated the Prep to Street skating the next week! You can never have too much practice after all and Jasmine and Cliff are fab! Super encouraging, supportive and you feel like you’re in safe hands. They’re amazing at breaking things down and cheerleading you through doing it yourself! Can’t rate them enough and also can’t wait to be let loose on their street skates soon!! Thanks guys- you’re gems!

Great lesson on Saturday at Ladywell Centre. Parking free with loads of spaces. Reasonably priced lesson. Nice hall and floor. Very welcoming team. Individual coaching as well as a team lesson. Absolutely 5⭐️. Helped me improve a skill within minutes that I had been practicing for months. Thank you. Will be back when I free.

Fantastic rollerskating class and disco - younger kids very well supported both in the class and after. Delighted with the whole experience. Can't make it back immediately but will be back as soon as birthday parties allow!

We had such a lovely time at the family rollerskating disco. It was really well organised, and even the first‑timers had plenty of space to find their feet around the sports hall. The speedy skaters got their own time too, which kept things fun for everyone.

The stewards were brilliant — always skating around, keeping an eye on things, and straight over to help if anyone took a tumble. It felt really safe and relaxed.

There were snacks and drinks to buy, the music was great, and the whole afternoon just had a really fun, friendly vibe. A big thank you to everyone involved — we’ll definitely be back.

I had been lurking in the Empowr CIC WhatsApp group for a while. I'd recommend the reasonably priced, well-structured courses. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable; the attendees are friendly too. There are plenty of events and meet ups. The Empowr social media and marketing champions diversity which is important as I'm a mature rollerskater at Beginner Foundation level.
The booking system is straightforward so I booked a 4 week course in April and May 2026. I'm pleased with the progress I'm making. It's worth the journey from NW10.

The classes and the team are lovely and the sessions are very affordable (which I’ve personally been incredibly grateful for). I initially went in not feeling very confident about a lot of moves but have been able to include several new skills to my archive!!

The owner Jasmine (who is really friendly), creates a safe and comfortable space to fail forwards, so you don’t feel embarrassed if you make mistakes, and it means the vibe of the classes are always super chill.

These classes are BRILLIANT! Instructors are knowledgeable, patient and approachable which made for a comfortable, unpressured learning environment. On top of this they are extremely attentive whilst providing instruction and especially when you fall.

There were many returning students, which speaks for itself.

Highly recommend for all ages.

This welcoming group offers an inclusive experience, with patient leaders guiding us through each step of outdoor skating.

Amazing people, great lessons and welcoming community!

The teaching is fantastic , the staff are so patient and welcoming , but most of all my girls always have fun and always look forward to coming back every week.

My son has participated in several holiday events and requests to go back each time. Hes made his own network of friends learned new skills and built in confidence.
