Enable Ltd have been involved in providing financial overwatch and support with day to day living and home improvements for a relative. They are extremely easy to communicate with -emails receive a swift response and phone calls are always answered promptly, and if the relevant person is unavailable, there is always a call back at the earliest opportunity. Enable Ltd have arranged for solar heating to be installed, a new bathroom and are always on top of any situation they needs their attention. No problem is too small and Enable Ltd are very proactive in finding solutions and resolving problems, and they have excellent knowledge of benefits and grants, etc to make sure their clients receive all the funding to which they are entitled. The staff are always friendly, polite and professional and I feel the service overall is excellent with the focus on achieving the best for their clients.

Worked with Enable to help get things sorted when my mum had a stroke, Emily and the rest of the team explained everything in detail, handled all necessary affairs for us and just generally removed a load of uncessary stress in such a difficult time.

This company totally messed up with a funeral. They tried to take over the funeral plan in place when it didn't belong to them. They never answer emails or return calls. They lack empathy and understanding.

Emily and her team provide a fully comprehensive service for clients who lack capacity or have difficulty in coping, particularly after a bereavement or with a loved one in care. They have excellent contacts in areas such as trades people as well as financial services and work handing glove with local authorities. I have no hesitation in recommending Enable to anyone who is seeking a professional trusted assistant to help with anything from renovating a property to accommodate a disability down to completing a tax return.
