Prompt service ad very helpful staff.

Fantastic choice and super fast delivery!

Fantastic shades and brass holders, also really liking the ceramic ceiling roses- just the right proportions for our heritage refurb. They look very elegant. Great company- has had everything I need for lights in our massive refurb at the right quality and price. Thanks!

very helpful, cant fault them in any way, and will buy from them again.

I had ordered something and cause to contact the company by phone. They couldn’t have been apologetic enough and dealt with the matter instantly. Good old fashioned customer service which seems to be lacking with so many of these online faceless companies these days. I would not hesitate to use again.

Easy to order, great products delivered quickly, thank you!

Excellent quality product with swift delivery.
I was thoroughly delighted with the quality of the silver fabric twisted cable I received. Lovely colour...a light silver flex which looks really great in my new kitchen which hascstainess steel accessories. The cable was delivered really quickly. Would definitely order from this company again without hesitation.

I came across Enamel shades (whom I've never heard of before) whilst searching for an industrial style lampshade online. Usually I do not buy from companies I do not know but I threw caution to the wind and placed an order. To my surprise they did not disappoint me. Delivery was within 24 hrs and my items were better than I could anticipate. The lampshade is well made, great quality and very reasonably priced too considering it is unconventional in style. The Edison light bulbs (old fashioned industrial style) were well priced, well packed and arrived undamaged. I have been searching for a while now for the right style of shade at a good price and I have to say this company came up trumps. Ordering was a breeze, their website is easy to navigate and I was well informed on delivery - you get an email advising of a pending 1 hr time slot on delivery day. You can track your order and see on DPD map where your delivery driver is and how many drop off's they need to do before arriving at yours. I'm chuffed to bits with the overall service and will be a returning customer for sure.
