Cannot praise this company enough
Cannot praise this company enough, I’d give it 10 stars if possible.
I recently had to return my fire as my builder was unable to fit it because of fireplace brick complications.
However, when I explained to Endeavour that I would have to return fire, they couldn’t have been more helpful, the guy in the Scarborough shop, was courteous, professional & kind… made the return easy for me and all with a smile! 😊 recommend highly - 10 🌟 stars

We received the Farlington fire suite…
We received the Farlington fire suite as stated.
Unfortunately, the instruction booklet had nothing to do with the fire stove!! The instruction booklet inside the package was actually a barbecue instruction booklet and not the correct one for the stove. The instructions for the fire surround were correct.
Don’t quite understand why a mistake like this can happen. Disappointing. ☹️

Great service and product.
Delivery driver was so nice and helpful.
Wasn't to difficult to build and I'm over the moon with my fireplace and fire. Was packaged properly so no scrapes or chips. Looks fantastic in my home. Happy Customer 😁

My experience with the company was…excellent
My experience with the company was first class but can't say the same on the delivery company they use as it took a week to recieve my parcel because they kept trying to deliver it to an empty building instead of the proper address stated
