Works well, but not an instant fix. Be patient.

I discovered Jake randomly through a YouTube video. After watching several of his videos, I began reading the articles on his website, which eventually led me to enroll in his Back to 20/20 programme. I’m genuinely amazed by the depth of information he provides and the level of care he puts into his work. Jake is very responsive and takes the time to answer all of my questions, which makes the experience even more valuable.

I’m loving the learning process, especially understanding the biology behind vision and what’s happening with my eyes. This knowledge gives me confidence in the process, and I’m looking forward to seeing my results over the next 3 to 6 months, and even more in a year time now.

I found Endmyopia in 2018 and thought the website was sketch and super scammy but I thought what if it works and joined the 7-day email list. I read the emails multiple times, read the blog posts and watched a number of YouTube videos. From the information, I pieced together the action items and within the a few months reduced my glasses prescription.

Fast forward several years later I went from a -9.0/ -7.25 with -1.25 astigmatism to – 7.0/ -6.0 with astigmatism almost gone. This was pretty amazing and I’ve worn glasses since I was 11. I’ve tried palming, pinhole glasses, and other ‘exercises’ but didn’t see any long term results. And making another reduction this past May is what spurred me on to write this long overdue review for EM.

Later I learned that the site is portrayed as scammy for a reason! It’s because Jake wants you to read the PubMed articles to understand what science says about myopia versus just believing the Endmyopia testimonials. Going in blind to get your eyes checked and not questioning the optometrist is why I became a high myope. There’s a lot of money to be made if you wear glasses plus the complications so doctors want to keep you in glasses.

I’m glad I found EM. It’s given me a way to take charge of my eye health and reverse my myopia.

I felt like a conspiracy theorist reading about them 😅But later I came to realize that they do have a point. It takes some time for the methods to work but the result is definitlely there, no doubt about that. They only thing that I would say is that there is not way to fix myopia completly. You can make it better but don't expect to get 20/20 vision in a couple of months. If you want these kinds of results, go and get a lasic surgery for 3000 dollars or whatever it costs right now...

Jake's YouTube videos and email series were extremely valuable to helping gain insight on how to improve my eyesight naturally - a topic that's a bit weird but I knew there was a way.
I started his paid course and it's been incredible. I am so excited. Jake is truly doing some important work. Telling all my family about this.

I have been following Jake's incredible advice for almost a year now. He is a wealth of excellent knowledge about myopia and is kind enought to share it with all of us. I have already ordered reduced prescription glasses and have been following his guidance. I can see 20/20 on most days with them. I have my next eye exam next month and can't wait to see the results. Loads of information and advice here on how to reduce myopia permanently by gradually reducing your prescriptions, spending more time in natural light, and using ‘active focus’ (*not* eye exercises). Jake’s methods work, and his message is that you should take charge of your eyesight yourself.

Jake Steiner's Endmyopia is a true game changer. Yes there is the option to pay to subscribe to the course, but that's all it is....an option. For those who can't afford to pay or don't wish to, all the information is still there on the website totally for free if you are willing to spend so e time reading it and watching the videos.
I have learned so much from Endmyopia and by watching, reading and listening to Jake. It has been extremely eye opening, pardon the pun, in many ways. Because of finding this online resource and the community of followers associated with, I have thus far not only managed to keep my teenage son out of glasses, but also to improve his eyesight substantially at the same time. For this I am so very grateful to Jake Steiner and Endmyopia, for the wisdom, the power of the science and the fun and clever ways in which Jake imparts this life changing knowledge.
I very rarely leave reviews, but I simply felt compelled to write this in the hope it may help somebody else or somebody else's child....in the amazing way it has helped my son. Do not hesitate to plunge headfirst into all Endmyopia resources, you will not regret a moment of it.

It works for me. I've been doing this for three years and my eyes have improved by about 0.75 of a diopter. That being said, it did take me 20 years to get to a -7.5 prescription so it could take another 20 years to go back. But it's better than my eyes getting worse every year as I was fearing that one day I might get to -10, which is really scary. It's all about commitment and implementation, I just wear my differentials as a habit now during near work. It's not a race, it's a journey.

It works.Even the free lessons help very much.
You just need time and determination it is not a magic pill you take and next day you do not need glasses.

I have low myopia and I am still in process with this, so I can't personally guarantee for big improvements, but even if wouldn't get to 20/20, I find this method very useful for prevention of eyesight worsening. Since I got into it, I started spending more time outside, less on the phone, I started taking regular breaks from PC work, habits which ophtalmlogists regard as good too. The practice of what we call "Active focus" is the main principle of this method, not plus lens. And Jake always advises us not to force the eyes etc., so if we take him seriously and not rush for fast improvement (which is not possible anyway), I don't think this can do damage.

Scam. I tried the technique of wearing plus glasses but they didn't help one bit, only gave me headaches. In fact, my vision has gotten worse since.

Endmyopia.org has the potential to transform and regain such an important and underrated ability as eyesight. We talk about going to the gym, but accept our eyesight as it is. This is fantastic. 5 stars and a plus!

I am a young person that grew up in this high-speed paced world and that didn't ever consider the patience to relax his vision. I started wearing glasses at 18 with -2.75 sph -1.5 cyl correction. Fast forward 5 years I learned all I need to gain strong vision under every circumstance and now I'm wearing -2.0 sph -1.5 cyl and I'm taking the step to use only SPH correction in daytime.
My body thanks me for all these consistent gains with little to no effort.
Other vision improvement methods are too embarrassing for me to keep using them in my daily life.

After 34 years of believing that I was stuck with myopia, I have reduced my lenses from Left -3.0 Right -2.75 in June to -1.5 in both eyes in November. If you can commit to diving into and studying the material and apply it, you will understand that myopia is not a life sentence. This was truly a paradigm shift for me.
