Purchased 7 foot cotwold style bed and accompanying mattress. I received a call from the company not long after the purchase to ask if I wanted to put a zip in the mattress for an extra £150 as the courier may damage it in transit. I was confused so just stated 'don't damage it in transit' please. Bed arrived and is of really good quality- sturdy, looks good and the delivery was spot on. The mattress delivery was a disaster, for a 7 foot heavy duty mattress the two slight looking guys could barely lift it off the ground. I was informed at that point that a zip would have been handy to fold it so that it could be easy moved up two flights of stairs. It would have been nice to have been told that on the call I received. They had the audacity to charge me £75 to get it redelivered with two strong fellas this time. These guys had no problem but the mattress had to be folded to get it up the stairs voiding the warranty and there is a slight dent in the middle now. It'a shame as the bed was perfect

Great bed, good quality. Arrived in 3 weeks after order.
It was well wrapped - there was a nick on the packaging, which went through 3 layers of the foam wrap, but didn't get through the cling film and bubble wrap, leaving the wood untouched.
We assembled it ourselves in about 3 hours following the instructions

Fabulous solid bed - no creaking! I must have looked at every UK beds website before settling on this one. More expensive but worth it. I've taken off one star because 1 of 4 drawers arrived damaged - but it was picked up and replaced without a quibble.

Excellent service. We wanted the bed as soon as possible and the staff were most helpful and made sure it happened. The bed is excellent and we are very pleased with it. Thank you.

Adult Wooden Bunk Beds- Very well made bed & they look great. Customer service was fantastic as they called me straight away when I had accidentally ordered the wrong size mattress so that it could be rectified. Delivery is done by an external company but lots of options available and they were efficient, polite and on time , with a call being placed 30 minutes to check I was still Ok with delivery.

Ordered the custom quad double bunks. Black metal finish. Gosh these are absolutely solid and weighs a tonne!. Poor delivery guy had to humph them up my stairs as his work mate was off sick. Sterling job done with a smile though. Took just over 6 weeks from order to delivery. Chased up customer service twice for updates. Very helpful and friendly responses. Quite happy with order and my adult boys love the bunks. Easy enough to build after one hiccup where it says not to fully tighten bolts until built but 4 of the bolts are not accessible after you put the next piece on so had to undo bolts to tighten, then all went well!. Thanks guys for a great solid product. Worth the cost!.

Strong bunk bed but missing some finishing touches. Still waiting for a resolution some weeks later.

Superb Quality Ottoman Bed and Headboard,
We purchased an End Lift Ottoman Bed with a Bespoke Kalmia Headboard. Both are of a fantastic quality, we opted for a Faux Leather look and the softness of the material is of high standards.

I love my new chunky Yaxham bed !! It was well packaged & delivered on time. Relatively easy to assemble. The only thing I would change is the height. I wish I’d asked about making the legs longer so the bed wasn’t quite as low. Nevertheless the bed is brilliant. Definitely recommend it 😁

Ordering was easy, liked the variable hight, got plenty of storage underneath. Bed is very sturdy and well made, assembly was difficult due to the weight and would have opted for delivery and assembly but this was not an option at time of ordering. However, all said love the bed.

Excellent customer service and really high quality custom headboard made to my exact specification. This is the second time I have used Endurance for custom made items and they are excellent. Highly recommend.

It was easy to use the website to place my order for the bunk bed. It advised it would be 3-4 weeks until order ready. It was ready just under the 4 weeks. I then received email to pick a delivery day to suit me. The bed was packaged to protect the bed during delivery and is absolutely as described. Completely solid and strong bunk. Adults can sleep on it. I could have bought cheaper bunks but so glad I went with these they are so well made and will last a lifetime. I dis purchase matresses separately so cannot comment on this. My only slight complaint would be the assembly instructions could be a bit clearer or maybe a video to show how to do it step by step would be good and easy to do nowadays.
