I have also dealt with Suman who is also very helpful. And although I have never met or spoken to him, I know James is in the background doing the admin... The thing that impresses me is how much they work as a team. Usually when I speak to someone else, they know what I am talking about and any updates - and it is not about "notes" on the system, they have coordinated things in their daily meetings. We would like to thank Enfields for helping us tenants find a property. Annah from the Shirley branch was very helpful finding us a lovely flat, which we are both very pleased with. She assisted with all of our questions and provided all the information we needed moving into the property as well as going above and beyond.

I rented an apartment with a flatmate through Enfields. At the end of the tenancy, we underwent a change of contract. Now a new tenant contract which started on 3rd July, 2025 was signed and a new pair of tenants were living in that apartment.

But the Enfields agents said they would not process my deposit refund through DPS and they also ignored my request to view the Change of Contract document.

We were shown round a property by Annah. She was totally professional, friendly and welcoming. She answered all our questions and has responded to subsequent emails and phone calls quickly and efficiently. If she didn't know the answer she's taken time to find out from the landlord and get straight back to us. We've felt more than happy to pay the holding fee and secure the property through her.
