Scarlett makes engage education stand out for me, she goes the extra mile to make sure your happy in your school and generally she has a very happy disposition which is rare in agencies. For me, this is the reason I feel happy working for Engage knowing consultants care about their candidates..

As far as recruitment agencies go, they are on the whole a decent company.
I have been fortunate enough to have secured a long term assignment which means I don’t really interact with them that much other than when I need clarification around my pay or I want to take time off.
You still have to fight your corner when it comes to hourly or day rates so always aim much higher.
