We have used this company for two property surveys in the Wetherby area and received great service both times. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. From the initial point of contact onwards they were very professional, friendly and helpful, arranging and carrying out the survey quickly. The report was well presented and received within a few days. The surveyor was then available to chat through the findings in more detail which we found very helpful. I couldn't fault them

From receiving a quote to receiving the report, my whole experience with England Property Surveys Ltd was fantastic. After receiving a few Level 3 building survey quotes for an old cottage we were purchasing, initially I was a little sceptical as England Property Surveys uncut other surveyors by around £100. After chatting on the phone to a lovely lady who explained the process, we decided to go ahead and happy to say, we have no regrets. Everything was taken care of by England Property Surveys who kindly arranged a date and time with our seller. The report came through within a couple of days after the inspection and was 117 pages of in depth descriptions, recommendations and evidence with lots of photos to help visualise the findings. I had a phone conversation with Joe, our surveyor, who walked me through the report, happy to answer any questions I had. All in all, a great experience at a great price and an expertly run company with very friendly and professional staff. Well done and thank you England Property Surveys, we would use this company over and over again!

Excellent value for money - our level 3 survey left no stone unturned and was delivered promptly within a couple of days.

We were particularly pleased with the use of their drone to get a clear indication of the roof condition - would definitely recommend this add-on.

From the minute of getting a quote this was one of the cheapest options, this made me a little unsettled and didn’t wanna be paying for a pile of shite. The reviews looked great so tried my luck, it paid off. A Level 3 Building Survey was requested from England Property Surveys Ltd, the Surveyor attended the property , which was a 3 bedroom bungalow and carried out the Survey and the Report prepared and submitted was very clear and concise, giving clear detail of any problems and indication of remedial works recommended to be carried out prior to exchange of contracts.

Brilliant service from everyone involved! I would definitely recommend them. Quick and helpful replies to emails, a useful portal to track your quotes, progress and report. We received a really detailed report carried out by Joe. I was impressed with the drone shots of the roof and hard to access locations, didn’t expect that but it was really handy to see. Very reasonable price compared to other quotes that I had for a Level 3 Survey but the price was in no way a reflection of the service. Excellent communication from the outset and they arranged directly with my vendor’s agents for the best time to carry out the survey, keeping me informed of when it was going to be. Once the survey was complete I had a follow up phone call from Ben to say how it had gone and to discuss the most pertinent points and then the report was published very soon afterwards. The report was very detailed and included helpful photos and annotations. All in all a really great, friendly, professional service.

The company were able to slot me in quickly for a survey which we needed as we were buying through an auction. They rang the same afternoon to give me the “headlines”. Their use of a drone to take photographs of the state of the roof was really helpful - we got some excellent pictures showing the state of it . I had the full well detailed report 3 days later.

Joe was available at short notice complete a survey prior to Christmas, where we had a short deadline due to our situation. The survey and pictures were detailed with drone pictures of the roof.
