I booked and took my SELT A1 English test on April 21 2026, and I’m very satisfied with their service. The entire process was smooth and well-organized.

I would especially like to appreciate their WhatsApp support team — they were extremely helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout. Their assistance made everything much easier and stress-free.

Great servic booking process was very easy and it had to be confirmed twice. You will be given your test date and time 2 days or a day before the test. So far I find this very professional service. The only thing I would recommend is the communication with clients. I would suggest to respond much quickly as most of us are busy in daily life and full time jobs. I have no complaints at all just a suggestion. Kudos for the fast service and thank you. Will recommend further again

I took my english test yesterday, and they called me now, Ive passed the test! Heres my review: Upon arrival on the place, staff are so warm to welcome and greet you. Very friendly and always ready to assist you. The security is tight, all belongings will be on a locker with a key. You will be well informed about whats gonna happen from the start to the finish of the exam. The examiner staff was so nice, always smiling, and kindly directed each examinee to their designated seats.

The booking was straight forward, with lots of help fro the agent.
They were very honest and professional.
And always kept us informed.

I took my SELT B1 test two days ago. The staff were welcoming and very helpful, which made the overall experience more comfortable.

The exam itself was clear and straightforward. However, one downside is that you can hear other candidates speaking, as everyone is in the same room. This can be slightly distracting.

I would advise anyone taking the exam to be prepared for this and try to stay focused despite the background noise.

I am writing this review on behalf of my Wife who has just received her PASS Certificate and is currently telling her family in China!
My Wife attended the centre in Bristol for the A1 test, the staff were friendly and very supportive giving her the encouragement needed to settle her nerves. My wife had originally planned to take the test about a month or two ago, unfortunately there was a mix-up in the booking so a later date had to be arranged. My Wife doesn't have the experience of other test centres so all I can say is she is very happy with the facilities and staff; which in turn makes me happy; thank you!
