I am very satisfied, my experience with British Council is great. My teacher, Nina, is very kind and patient. She has understood exactly what I wonted and now she's helping me to improve my English. British Council provides an excellent service, I like very much the feedback after each lesson. The grammar practice I receveid for the lessons is very useful and well done.

Absolutely terrible service.
I have given my test and paid to get the certificate. It is now been months and they say that account is deleted somehow and they cannot see the certificate on my account. However, they can see and verify the certificate on their web verification system but still cannot issue the certificate to me. Now it has been weeks chasing them for refunds and their customer support is really terrible. They cannot see the old replies and have asked me to provide last digit of card for 10th time now and forget after asking another question which is really irritating.

My experience has been very rewarding, I feel more confident speaking English

It is a positive experience, the are profesional theacer, with some teachers I'm studing a differenti lezions. I'm learning english with interest!
