Well my experience is good but annoying that the next day I have purchased the rivets there was another box of just rivets free and I hadn’t even got the first box bearly unpacking and was impressed enough to purchase another box, this seems like a singe but it is not I was that impressed with the quality in purchased another at cost so I’m saying extremely good product with the hand sized tools

Not what was pictured...
I feel like I received the items pretty quickly; however, what I received was very different from what was pictured at the time of purchase. I understand the selection was random, but the quality of items in my package differs vastly from what was pictured. The items in my package were not the cutesy ones advertised and the quality is less than desirable. I cannot send these to my granddaughter's preschool as holiday favors as was my original intent. Sadly, I would not purchase again.

Abus entre produit présenté et envoyé- impossible remboursement ou échange
pour avoir commandé des lampes led pour fixation dans placards et sos meubles de cuisine, le produit présenté a une dimension de 30 cm et de belle facture, le produit reçu est minable et mesure qques 10 cm! En outre, impossible de trouver un compromis avec le service support qui ne veut pas entendre parler de retour et échange et propose une indemnisation de 5 dollars pour un cout d'achat de 34 Euros. C'est pas sérieux! Il faut être très attentif en passant commande. Je ne recommande pas ce site
