First time ordering from The Drop and I’m pleased so far. Everything arrived in good condition and the tincture is simple to take. I like the idea behind the product and have noticed a calmer, more balanced feeling recently. Would order again.

I really like the product I believe it works but I had a problem with the package! Being lost along the way is not their fault but the carriers.

I’m usually sceptical about supplements, but this actually works for me I think , still early days so let’s see but, definitely I feel calmer

amazing! Taste is spot on, not artificial. I feel calmer but still focused, perfect balance.

Love the taste, very natural and not too sweet. Delivery was fast and everything felt really premium.

Ordered the end of December 25
Had an emailing saying Royal mail expecting the package 2 weeks ago and nothing has changed since then.
I have emailed many times and not had 1 single reply.
I dont mind waiting if they just told me something at least.
Currently sitting here feeling like I have been conned. Will have to talk to the bank. They should at the very least touch

After reading a ton of negative reviews, I understand why any positive feedback immediately gets labeled as paid or bot-generated. Honestly, I had the same doubts before ordering. When I placed my order, I realized I had accidentally signed up for a subscription. I cancelled it right away, and the cancellation went through without any issues — no hidden charges, no weird delays.
My package arrived normally, and I got the gummies I paid for. I’ve been using them for a while now and, to my surprise, they actually seem to have an effect. I feel more balanced, more communicative, and generally in a better mood throughout the day. I’m not claiming this is some miracle product, and I’m fully aware it could just be placebo, but the results for me are noticeable enough that I’m planning to finish my bags and see how I feel over the longer term.
So my experience so far is simple: subscription cancelled successfully, order delivered without drama, and the product seems to make a positive difference for me personally. Not trying to convince anyone — just sharing what actually happened...

Fantastic product, terrible customer service, unfulfilled orders and frustrating generic email responses.
I am still waiting on my April order or a refund, despite chasing this since May. I previously cancelled my subscription as they kept being late and leaving packets out, thought I'd try a 'one off order' in April with better results. Alas no.
I buy them through Amazon now to avoid this problem. It's a shame as it was a great little company with great customer service.
There's no excuse for the lack of refund though. Order from their website at your own peril!

Drop has clean ingredients and good customer service. They resolved a lost package issue promptly. The gummies taste great, but it’s still early to judge their full effectiveness. Overall, a decent experience with some positives.

I've been using mind and Dreamies for years and i have been able to reduce my adhd medication and also get sleep with using the mind Dreamies product, I've introduced many friends to their products. Last year 2024 they had a blip with their suppliers and that took time to iron out but I'm glad to say that their results and quality products have changed my life. Also i know my friends little boy recently diagnosed and couldn't sleep. Mind Dreamies has changed his quality of sleeping and he's better for this. Service is great, flavour is fantastic. Winning products and if it helps anyone who has aniexty and sleep problems and foggy mindset, you really need the drop products in your life. Vegan, all natural.

The absolute worst "company" I've ever dealt with.

Still awaiting refunds for two consecutive months supply (which I had previously asked them to cancel the subscription; which I have no recollection of setting up in the first place).

They're not even opening my messages now. I think they may have blocked my messages.

I see they've also disabled the comments on FB. Says it all really.

I'm owed another €50 and I want it back!

This company is a scam! Trying to get my money back but now going through bank. Keep giving me story’s as to why they haven’t sent my order which was ordered on 19th January I’ve now received two fake tracking numbers one from Royal Mail and one from evri still waiting for them to ship order. Don’t waste your money on this scam

Perhaps they were selling Gummies at some point but they are just scamming people out of money now.

If you check all the 5 star reviews on here you can tell they are fake as they're by users with only one review. Or they've given 5 stars to other scam sites.

Like others have said, they responded a couple of times with b.s. excuses but they obviously never had any intention of filling the orders. I put my order in December. Now their website is down.

Steer clear if their website comes up again. I will be chasing a refund through PayPal and would advise anyone else still waiting to do the same.

Total scam. Have had to chase every order to which I just receive generic copy and paste replies that are irrelevant (e.g blaming Black Friday delays for the fact an order from October hadn’t arrived). They send out emails encouraging people to order from them when they can’t even fulfil current orders. Another customers details were shared with me, I flagged this data breach and again just got the generic nonsensical email. Still haven’t received an order from a few weeks ago that claimed the delivery time would be 2-3 days. Looks like their website is now offline..

Ordered gummies over 16 weeks ago, never received them. Was promised over and over again that I would receive them but they never came. Scam company don't deal with them.

The brass neck to put up fake 5* reviews whist not replying to your customers. I will be showing my back the generic emails you sent back and ignoring my request for a refund. Telling people to contact you on Facebook messenger and I already had. Fraudster I want my money back
