I wish I could have given them zero stars. They have lost their way and have become all about money no matter what the cost to their customers. I have been a member for a very long time, I just opened an account at another bank and can not wait to move away from them

Not happy at all they are so bad helping customers with disputed accounts seems they don’t care at all sisterI have loans with them not sure if I can change banks and continue paying my loans but I need to do something ASAP

Terrible policies and terrible customer service. You can never access your money when you need it. You have to call and get approved to make most purchases.

Wings is terrible. Customer service is terrible, online banking is terrible. The whole experience with them is terrible. Will change to another institution asap. Be hard to be as bad as this especially after the good experience of Ent. Some Ent board member(s) must have gotten a serious kickback for this disaster.

Okay get this, I have been here for 19 yrs and "pending" has always taken from my account to secure payment...ALWAYS. But Wings took over and put in a new online banking system, this month (for the first time in 19 yrs) "pending" DOES NOT secure payment and because of this my accounting was VERY off....called the bank and got the run around, no responsibility for their system NOT working. I'M GONE CANT TRUST THESE PEOPLE ANYMORE.

I would give them a zero if I had the option, they do not deserve a 1 star. Do not use wings ever, they reported a delinquent report to my credit and my credit went from the high 800s to 722 after a representative told me that a charge on my credit card that I never received a late notice in an email would not be reported. I disputed the reported and they said that they listened to the phone recordings and never heard a representative tell me that, they are dishonest, I paid a 40 thousand dollar auto loan early with zero late payments ever and they still ruined my credit, I have had perfect credit all my life and they did this to me, I am so very distraught and feel betrayed by this company. I just regret ever establishing credit with them, they do not care if they ruin someone's life or let alone their credit, shame on them!

woman was very rude to me and acted like i was stupid. Asked for help with my username and she reset my password, was rude when i wanted to clarify.

I called to ask what I need to do to make an extra principal payment only on my auto loan. The girl I talked to went round and round, and after telling her I was thoroughly confused still did not answer my quest definitively. I asked her to simplify it, I said, if I walk into the credit union with $1500.00 and want apply it to principal what day do I need to do that and how can I get that done. She started in on all kinds of scenario and I still did not get an answer. I had been told to get out of ent as soon as I can by friends unfortunately I did not pick ent the dealership I bought my car at did. I cannot wait to be fine with ent. I feel they do not train their employees at all. Very frustrating situation I asked what I thought was a very simple question.

We’ve been with ENT Credit Union for years, and our experience has consistently been excellent. From secure, reliable banking to genuinely helpful customer service, they’ve proven time and time again that they care about their members.

One thing we really love is the option of the various uniquely custom debit cards. It’s a small feature, but it makes the experience feel more personal and thoughtful.

Over the years, we’ve also had a situation where we needed to dispute a merchant charge. ENT handled it quickly and professionally, making what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy. That kind of responsiveness builds real trust.

Horrible bank they flag about any transaction given. I literally bought mcdonalds today and they said fraud so they locked my card and had to call customer service i mean if you want a bank with no customer service and blocks your card for every purchase then go with ent!

Ever since I switched to ENT my life has been hell. They can't do anything right. I have had multiple credit and debit cards from ENT that will work then suddenly just stop working. I can't even go to a restaurant cause paying the bill with my ENT card has a 99% of being denied. The money is in the bank but who are they hiring? I do a lot of online business and ENT is making my life hell.

If you take back your money when you have made a double payment, they will remove that bank source, so please inform your banks to let them know not to use unauthorized funds, instead of return payment for double payment. They did not like that I called a women a FEMALE DOG Oh well, refinancing car loan and taking my money elsewhere. 2nd worst credit union I have had the mispleasure of using.

Having a big financial struggle and have been hit with over $150 worth of fees every time there’s insufficient funds they give you a $30 fee their slogan is for people not for profit. Every time there is insufficient funds they charge you a $30 fee as well as declining the purchase they could just decline the purchase where is the $30 going to …profit. Had I known this would be my experience I would not have signed up for this bank.

I have always enjoyed ENT and there services but since they merged there credit cards with someone else it hsa been absolutely terrible service!!! I kid you not, I have spent at least 2 hours on the phone a week since April. They sent me several wrong cards. They switched up my sister and my name under our business account - along with our SSN. It has been a nightmare. I am switching credit csrds ASAP.

Just want to warn Ent CD customers that this credit union only has a 6 day grace period on your CD rather than 10 days as most other banks and credit unions. I just got ripped for $1,900.00 for missing my grace period. The reason they do this is to make more $$$$. Very misleading. It is in the fine print but who really reads that ? I closed all of my accounts because of this. Never again will I be a customer of Ent !!!!

Ent Credit Union just told me to go fly a kite and to find a new bank because I complained about "Wings" DEI policies. There is an executive order stating that all DEI has to stop. As an FYI, "Wings" is facing a class action suit for data breech of over 240,000 customers. So, Ent Credit Union members get DEI, get their data put at risk, and get handed their walking papers if they aren't in agreement with illegal, racist, and sexist DEI policies. Ent also went ahead and mergered with "Wings" without having a vote from the Ent Credit Union members. The members had no say in it.

DO NOT use Ginger Lamphere as your financial advisor. She has proven herself to be dishonest and will not to have you in her best interest. Lets start when I was 48 and my husband thought putting my IRA in an annuity was a good idea. We were not educated enough and trusted her guidance and advise. Not once did she try and stop us. Matter-of- Fact, she sold it really well and told us it was the best decision! It was a 10 year index Annuity. I recently found out from my new advisor that it was the WORST Annuity for anyone at any age. She didn't care because she wanted the 8%. Over the years, I have voiced my concerns and dislikes of my Annuity and Ginger never had given me any options or solutions. She also will not reach out to see how things are going, she will only email you alerting you when your yearly contract is up.
My new advisor through Fidelity was appalled and felt very sorry this ever happened to me. She advised me to immediately take the penalty of roughly $8,000 and roll it over in an IRA and she will help allocate into a Roth and regain my loss and have it start growing. I lost almost 5 years from this so called Fiduciary. Please do not let her fool you. There are others that will actually guide you for your benefit and not theirs!

IN JULY OF 2022 AN EMPLOYEE OF ENT CREDIT UNION ON WEBER STREET IN COLORADO SPRINGS WAS FLYING OUT OF THE PARKING LOT GOING THE WRONG WAY ON A ONE WAY ENTRANCE LANE. SHE DIDN'T STOP AT SIDEWALK TO LOOK FOR PEDESTRIANS AND I WAS ON AN E SCOOTER AND BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T STOP TO LOOK FOR ME HIT ME. THE ACCIDENT HAPPENED RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEIR FROM DOOR AT 1:OO PM. THE SECURITY GUARD AND MANAGER RAN OUT TO SEE IF I WAS OK. I SPENT A MONTH IN THE HOSPITAL. WHEN THE INSURANCE COMPANY SUBPEOPNED THE VIDEO EVIDENCE THE SUPRESSED AND DELETED IT AND TOLD INSURANCE COMPANY THAT THERE WAS NO VIDEO EVIDENCE. SO THE 8 CAMERAS AROUND THEIR "FRONT DOOR" ENTRANCE DIDN'T CATCH MY ACCIDENT! YEA RIGHT! WHEN THE POLICE WENT TO INTERVIEW THE MANAGER AND SECURITY GUARD THEY LIED AND SAID THEY SAW NOTHING. THE DAY IT HAPPENED THEY SAT WITH ME UNTIL THE AMBULANCE CAME!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! WHAT WORSE IS ENT WAS MY BANK. NOT ANYMORE. I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT THIS!!!
