Handy size sprays
The sprays are an ideal size for handbags or pockets. The range of fragrances was good; my favourite was the “sea breezy” which was light and fresh.

My products arrived super fast
My products arrived super fast. I ordered the variety pack of 5 different scents of 30ml bottles. Sadly when I opened it 2 of the bottles had leaked and were empty. Contacted customer services and they are arranging replacements for the 2 bottles that leaked. Couldn't ask for a better service. Will definitely be using entity one again. And the products smell amazing. No nasty alcohol smell and at 70% alcohol are still effective. Highly recommended

Does not reply to emails! Avoid
Does not reply to emails, website will say “account email not valid” despite invoice being sent to it! I fear a con is in place to keep the subscription ongoing. Thankfully I paid via credit card so they can sort it out.
Edit: Responded quickly after review and have cancelled subscription.
Tried to take payment despite grovelling apology and confirmed subscription cancellation. Avoid this company at all costs!

Edit: Mark, please see above response. Far from a con - at least on our side - you have clearly signed up for a 2 month subscription with only the interest in getting the free month. People who do this make it very difficult for new businesses. We would rate you -1 Star as a customer.

So happy with this hand sanitiser! It smells lovely & it’s the perfect consistency too. I would highly recommend this product- doesn’t dry your hands out either like quite a few other hand sanitisers do!
