Great service I like the fact that you do checks with new customers and that you have with our doctors,medication you are on, I’ve been on MJ for a little time now and I was with another company, so new to Envigore but pleased up to now item was very prompt

I have had a bad relationship with food since I was a child and use it for comfort. As well as therapy I have been on my Mounjaro journey since the end of March 2025 and I have lost 2 stone so far. I switched suppliers due to non-existent customer service and I feel like I have been welcomed into a second family. Nothing is too much trouble, the advisors are knowledgeable and the support is always there. Special shoutout to Ami and more recently Rachel because they are so caring and make you feel heard and secure in this journey. I will never regret going for Mounjaro or choosing Envigore. If I could give a thousand stars I would, thank you!

The best prices every time

i am only started first dose of monjaro so its a bit early to say much but my experience so far is no side effects i have lost about 4lb finished last injection today i have tried hard to loss weight before but found it difficult so im happy so far

Ordering was ok, didn’t like that they took the money then informed me that a video call was required. I appreciate they need to do checks but there are plenty of reputable companies managing checks without this feature. It’s not something I’m comfortable with and wouldn’t have processed the order had I known this. Delivery was delayed, I did email but was just ignored, it turned up a few days later, cooling packs had all melted and everything was warm and wet, the £150 of “freebies” upon sign up is a little over egged, the online material was a little obvious and nothing you can’t find for free anywhere else, so it was a £1.50 sharps bin, a flimsy tape measure and an overpriced pot of gummies that I would never have over payed the original price they sell them for. Personally I don’t think the pricing is really any better than other places and the delivery has been better with all other companies I’ve used and any communication with customer care was not ignored. I’d rather pay the extra £10/£15 and have it arrive on time with no issues personally.

I was hesitant to use a newer online pharmacy for my mounjaro prescription but my experience was excellent. Really quick turnaround on consultation and super helpful customer service who you can actually speak to on the phone! To now I have only had my first prescription delivered but it was very efficient while still maintaining health and ethical considerations.
