Their communication was excellent, they explained every step of the process. They let me know when they sent the return packaging stuff, they let me know when they received my bottle, they let me know when they sent payment and were very friendly through it all! I would recommend to others.

Professional, smooth and easy..
Smooth and easy. Fast response to receive quote. I agreed to their offer, I received all the necessary shipping instruments with in the next day (wine bags and rubber bands, styrofoam shipping casing and even the boxes.
Three day shipping via ups.
Product arrived to them on Friday around 2pm. It was inspected and ACH payment was submitted with an hour.
Could t have asked for a better transaction.
Will definitely be back if I decide to sell more.
